This is OmniROM for the Sony Xperia S. My builds are unofficial and still a work in progress. If you like them, please feel free to donate to me and my team.
This ROM features weekly updates OTA (over-the-air) using the Goo.im app.

Some information about OmniROM:

OmniROM is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is designed to increase performance, reliability and features over stock Android for your device. It is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restores the Google parts.

There's no OpenSemc Screen that keeps flashing in between in other kk roms...
i wonder how that got fixed...

edit : this is a fast 4.4.x rom.. camera isn't 12Mp but 8Mp.. and sound not work for all.. please fix it

P.S one core is always offline

edit: after disabling usb debuging i get boot loop from lockscreen..

It has not YET been implented. It will come when it's stable enough.

Go to Settings->Performance->Click on Advance settings gives FC when default drawer tab is used and works fine when toggled to swipe tab.
This is no big deal but just wanted to report in case you don't know and will also help improve your next release.

PS-Can't use DevDB as I am on tapatalk.

Sounds like a bug with Omni and not really the port, the general Omni bugtracker is here: http://jira.omnirom.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa.

You need to log in to report an issue, but you can see all the bugs by pressing issues and search for issues at the top of the page.

school has started again (had one week of vacation) here. I will therefore have to spend more time in studying and so on...
Though, I don't want to abandon this project, so I can start to compile automated builds (which will be uploaded to goo.im weekly). These builds will only contain upstream changes made by the Omni team. I hope you are OK with that...

Is GPS working

hello everyone, can someone please check if the GPS positioning is working fine. I tried aospa and slimkat on xperia sl and the gps is not showing the correct position. so wanted to check if gps is fine in this rom..
