I have love& hate relationship with Samsung TouchWiz launchers. I like it because most of Samsung apps, widgets plays quite nicely, I hate it when it sluggish, heavy, and not much customization (Finally Samsung realized theming option, so they are bringing themes to newest devices). I tried to make every effort to increase smoothness of these launchers, and faster when moving once screen to another. However, the more apps you have, the more widgets you have, means when you open widgets, it takes a few sec. It is also no brainier that more apps you have, the slowest sluggish tablet gets, so don't blame the launchers nor ROM itself.
The ROM comes with TouchWiz MagazineUX Launcher installed as default, however you will have flexibility and options to use different version of TouchWiz Launchers listed here below in this ROM.
Don't think that all Samsung TouchWiz launcher works out of box; all these TouchWiz Launchers listed here below specially moded/edited/ported by me to work on this ROM. Keep in mind that these TouchWiz launcher DPI dependent, means moded/resized to work 160 DPI as this ROM based on - Do NOT ask me to re-mode it for different DPI.
When you want to switch to different TouchWiz launcher, you need to follow these instruction very carefully as this requires manually copying files..etc.
If you want to use different TouchWiz launcher, first download the one you want to your tablet, and follow these steps below;
First, make sure you have 3rd party launcher (such Nova, Apex) on your system as backup
Go to your tablet's root system\priv-app, and delete current TouchWiz Launcher apk
Copy TouchWiz launcher you want to try, back to system\priv-app and give permission 644.
Reboot your tablet. Once it reboots, you may get TouchWiz stopped error, this is NORMAL behaviour!, so fix that, follow next step;
Go to Settings --> General --> Application Manager--> All --> and locate TouchWiz home, and click "Clear Data and Clear cache"
Reboot your tablet!, now you should be good go.
*Read!: Each time you switch to different TouchWiz launcher, you need to re-do these steps!, plus if you want to come back to Magazine UX launcher, you also need to clear data and cache for MagazineWidget, MagazineHome, and MagazineBriefingWidget apps too*
1).::TouchWiz Magazine UX Launcher (SE version) ::.
As mentioned above, the ROM comes with TouchWiz Magazine UX Launcher (SE version) as default, here I am providing download link (and its dependency apps) and some screenshots how it looks. In case you mess it up, you can download it and copy them back to your tablet.

2).::SM-TouchWiz Home With Note 3/Note 4 MyMagazine (SE version) ::.
Another very very special SE TouchWiz Home Launcher, trust me you won't find this version anywhere here in XDA! This is different bread than Magazine UX, you may see some small similarity, but that's all, a lot of things different, fully customized, moded, resized, plus several smali files has been modified to make it work. See screenshots below
How to use: When you install this version of launcher (remember the install instruction above, right!?), you will see bottom left magazine icon, clicking on it will bring MyMagazine! - this is similar to Note 3 and Note 4, but this one can be rotate either portrait or landscape. In case, Magazine UX is too much and want something simple, this version of launcher is another option to try!
