Hello guys, again here writing about the download.
I'm sorry, it does not depend by me but the zip file I uploaded minutes ago is incomplete and for this reason I removed the bad file.
I'm uploading again the ROM, please wait for about 30 minutes.
Thanks for your understanding.

I still cannot see the zip file on the download link. Is it still uploading ? Thanks.

Hi KALO, is possible to add the advanced power menu or a least the reboot button?

With this and a torch toggle will be the best ROM that i can install.

coming from KRT16O KITKALO into KRT16S- should i wipe data,cache & dalvik or dirty flash over with no wiping?!

EDIT: did a dirty flash, everything seems to work fine.

P.S.: in future builds, can you include the calculator and may be volume wake?

Thank you for an awesome ROM!!

Kalo,

Great Rom, I'm liking everyone of the latest addition (rotation lock, kill all apps, etc).

Would you ever consider adding torch on/off tile to quick settings?
I find it very useful.

Keep up the good work!

Hi, thank you for the message.
I considered adding torch tile and screen off tile but I find more useful to tap on the widgets...
The quick settings panel is not the best place to toggle a function...
In fact I always use a widget to toggle mobile data, wif, bluetooth, gps location, torch...
In my ROMs there is also a transparent widget for the screen off.
Regards

Great advice, I will def. use the toggle screen off widget from now on.
I used to press and hold home button swipe for screen off in PA.
I suppose a widgets to toggle does make more sense.
Thanks!

Hello guys!
In the late evening of the Italian time I will compile and upload a new ROM with a stock-customized kernel.
The only customization consists in the "enabled module loading": that is to say that you will be able to load an external module, a requested feature for the Touch Control application (aka slide to unlock or PGM).

Another possible change is the launcher: I would like to drop Nova Launcher and include the new Epic Launcher.
Please try this Epic Launcher because I find it so good!
It's very lightweight in comparison to Nova and to other launchers.
Have a try and give a feedback to me, thanks.
Have a good day,

Kalo86

Yes. Epic launcher would be good change in my opinion. Any way to include ability to change brightness level based on lux reading. I know and have used apps like lux but liked it built into ROMs. Thanks

    Hello people!
    This is a clean ROM for Nexus 4 built from the AOSP source code.

    Why this is a different AOSP-based ROM
    The main goal is to reach a perfect configuration maintaining the stock interface and the stock kernel without compromising the stability of the pure Google AOSP ROM.
    For this reason I deleted a lot of files which I repute not necessary for a smartphone like the Nexus 4.
    Less apps are loaded by Android system, more battery is available for you!
    This is the main/daily ROM for my smartphone and its purpose is to be stable and to not drain battery.
    I recommend to use the stock kernel for this reason and to maintain the same configuration.
    If you want a more customized ROM, please look for CyanogenMod or AOKP based ROMs, they are the best and safe way to obtain the best usage from the Android System.
    But if you agreed with me, if you want to really use a smartphone for working purpose, if you want to use the Nexus 4 to call people and if you don't need to "amaze" your Apple-funboys with Live Wallpapers, Swipe gestures on keyboard, Photosphere and other stuffs (please let me kid a little), then you are welcome to my work.

    - Persistent root with su binary;
    - Added the rotation toggle in Quick Settings;
    - Disabled the User Tile in Quick Settings;
    - Minimal set of Google Apps;
    - Added Flash Player support;
    - Enabled the Location Provider support;
    - MMS.apk with smart notification support (thanks to CyanogenMod Team).
