I personally use Google Voice myself, its so much easier since you can retrieve voice mail on multiple devices. Have you tried removing the apk and installing it again?

I did as you suggested I removed the apk and I installed this one that I found

And as soon as it finished installing I received all the past voicemail I sent to myself in the past week while testing the old VVM apk.

Remove/uninstall that apk, reboot, and flash this. It may not give you a different result, but worth a shot.

It opens just doesn't function correctly. When someone calls and leaves a message it doesn't appear either in the app or even doesn't show up in dial in. Also I get a general failure right now I'm using a stock rom and it works fine thing is I don't have the cool stuff your Rom does.

I am going to guess you are on Neo's highly stripped down version of Adrenaline?

Well right now I'm on a HTC One Max rooted stock exchange Rom. I was on adrenaline rom that was not stripped.

I have a few questions/inquiries that I hope can get answered


I've been using this ROM for 2 days now and it seems to be a great daily driver. While going though the listing of apps - I noticed that the calendar app is not the standard HTC calendar app - but rather the Google Calendar app. I like the HTC Calendar App a little better (it's great for when you have a meeting invite synced to your phone) and was wondering if there's a way to install the HTC Calendar app instead of the Google Calendar app?


Also - the horizontal quick tiles is not scrollable and only shows the first 5 icons. Is there a way to get the list to be scrollable? Would there be a conflict if I enabled the HQS in the Sense 6 Toolbox?


Is there a way to 'safely' modify the any of the snd_soc_msm_2x_Fusion3_DMIC files in order to boost the headphone volume output? I was able to modify the snd_soc_msm_2x_Fusion_DMIC file when I had my HTC One M7 (running Sense 6 with 4.4.2) and was able to obtain a sweet spot between 55%-65% (as opposed to the default 70 - 80% sweet spot). I thought I could do the same with the One Max but caused my phone to not boot past the splash screen (had to restore from a nandroid OR flash rom again). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. I tried Xtended Settings - and while it seems to be a nice add-on, it seems (imo) to conflict with Sense Toolbox. I enabled the horizontal EQS in the Sense Toolbox and the horizontal scrolling works.


I'm assuming that it's easy extracting an APK from a flashable .zip (I'll google it and see what I come up with)?

I'll try flashing a kernel with faux sound control (I saw fly's and I saw another one....) so that I can use trickster mod to boost the volume. Not sure why I didn't want to do this initially (probably because I thought I could edit the snd.. file

Still using your ROM here but was wondering if you can tell me how to make custom boot animations stick. I've been placing them in to the /System/customise/Resource folder and changing the permissions to the same as the down boot animation but the screen is always black on startup. Any ideas?

Have you tested the animation on your computer? Also make sure the name of the zip is the same as what it is replacing.
