@fusionjack I appreciate for your great rom, I have been using it from the very first build and quite satisfied with smoothness and stability.
Is it possible using philz's touch recovery which is now compatible with cm-10.2 kernel and merge your patches to this recovery. I have no idea how to decompile and compile a kernel otherwise I would definitely do that.
I have problem using VPN, I don't know is it android 4.3 related or something that I cannot connect to some social pages like facebook, however I didn't have this issue on stock 4.1.2 roms. I have no problem connecting to FB at my office where server has no restriction only using VPN at home.
Again thanks for your efforts and keep it up :good:
i'm not familiar with recovery. it'll be difficult for me to do it and based on his signature, he won't give tech support. :(
also our recovery behinds cm by many commits. i think it is necessary to have it synced first with cm, but it requires so many new dependencies.
i'm also fan of philz recovery, but need to live without it...

edit: ah beside...slimkat is on the way and new recovery is needed to work with android 4.4.

Hi fusionjack, and thanks again for your wondeful ROM. :good:

Is it possible to modify the kernel, so that it support dual boot with a samsung TW ROM ?
@chuandinh do that earlier with a modified PhilZ kernel, but it's not up to date !

For the GPS always on ... What I did was turn off the GPS as we all know :)

But what I do is go to settings>>>storage >>> cache (press clear cache)

And you have to turn on GPS if you desire ... Just sharing:)

Just a 'good news' update, i reported a Sleep of Death a few days ago, it has gone away completely since i got rid of several outdated and possibly-badly-coded apps, so you were right about that :good:

I didn't even need to full-wipe.

Also, just curious (and maybe not the right place to ask but someone might know) why isn't Linaro/Sabermod slowly becoming the default way to build a ROM/kernel?

if you want use custom kernel, the kernel needs support latest mali r3p2.

good that you sort out your problem.
custom toolchain usually has better performance than the google one.

There seems to be no Superuser.apk in this ROM. How does that work?
Okay so the reason I asked this question was I was trying to change dpi via the advanced slim setting, and kept receiving the message that root access was denied - with no prompt about whether to enable it. And I triple-checked that root access was enabled in dev options.

This was solved once I tried an app that needed root (Titanium) and got the prompt as expected, from then on root access for advanced settings works fine. Root is granted to the settings with no prompt however, is that how it's supposed to be?
