It's true that the home button is for going to the home screen, but that shouldn't be what it does when the screen is off. It should turn the screen on, then go to the home screen when it's pressed again. That's how it has been on stock ROMs, AOSP 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 ROMs (including SlimSaber 4.3).

Xposed supports kitkat. I'm using it on my nexus 7 v4.4.2 without problems.

Xposed is KitKat compatible while using dalvik.
Xposed won't accept a change to ART, as it is *NOT* compatible with ART, and switch back to dalvik if you tried to do so while rebooting.

I wouldn't use raw r5 because it still has issues with installing apps from play store which usually install on SD. Won't happen with raw r5...
I dont install apps on sd.. and speed wise?
Can someone help me how to put clock widget on home screen, and how to scale up, i mean to change dpi to have bigger icons, fonts.. ect.? Tnx

Opera Beta for example can't be installed with Raw R5! Many other apps won't be installed. At all...read my post, carefully. You hit install in PlayStore, app will be downloaded, installing appears and then it says "can't be installed".

If already with ART, should I do something when I do a dirt update, does it return on dalwik or it stay in ART?????
My problem with the bzz in my game while hearing music is still here,it's not important I shutdown sound in the games.Maybe it's time to do a clean install

EDIT : I answer myself, so after a dirt update I'm still on ART but the update was longer than usual, but without problems

Two questions: trying to change DPI to 213 using ROM toolbox, but the setting won't stick on reboot. Root is activated.

I flashed 05 today whilst on ART worked fine

To sum up there are only four instances in which you need to perform a full wipe:
In all other cases, whether you are on ART or not, I don't care, you don't need to fully wipe, just wiping the (dalvik) cache if you want.

- When android changes from version, like 4.3 to 4.4
- When you come from another rom, like from OMNI to Slimsaber (this is also the case for stock)
- When the developer states explicitly to do so
- When you experience 'strange' problems, problems like 'i could log into pushbullet, but then did a full wipe and this fixed it'

I'm on ART, if you follow the instructions on the op it will work fine, you wont lose your settings and apps. And its still on ART after reboot.
Playing music using poweramp and doubletwist, after a while I got sudden stop and can't play it again, I have to force stop the app so I can play music again. But when I using the music app that comes from SlimSaber it works just fine without sudden stop. Anyone knows how to fix this?
