No daemon.. Only SystemUI.. But killing this process could lead to bad effects, such as constant fc from systemui then you have to reflash the rom to fix it.

Doing a reboot oftenly solves the problem..

Running 0522 Sabered SlimKat | DorimanX 10.43v111
Killing systemui didn't solve :p I'm going to reboot. Thanks anyway

I always do clean flashes since I don't change many settings and use a few apps, so it's not a problem for me. My suggestion is to make always a TWRP backup before flashing, and then perform a dirty flash. If you see anything unusual or buggy make a clean flash to new build or return to previous one from backup. Hope this helps

Have you dirty flashed over previous SlimSaber 4.4.2 or must be a clean installation?
it should be fine without full wipe...but if you want a clean start, it is a good time to full wipe. i also thinking to do a full wipe after some months since the first 4.4.2 release. [emoji14]

Meh....I cloned my 4.4.2 just im case if dirty flash would go bad.....but.....it didn't....I just manually formatted system and flashed 4.4.3 and build 5.6 Slimgapps and it's working w/o issues as of now.....
Oh....did I miss my device forum ?

SlimSaber-n7000-4.4.3-20140607.zip

Changes:
  • Compiled with SaberMod 4.8.4
Thanks to @Nico60 for the prebuilt toolchain.
  • Updated to Android 4.4.3
Thanks to @kufikugel for his great work merging 4.4.3. I also spent 5+ hours for merging 4.4.3 until I found out SlimRoms github is already updated with 4.4.3. :p
  • Kernel: Memset fixes.
  • Applied latest OpenSSL patches
  • See changelog for rest of changes
There is still some works left for TRDS...so don't expect perfection on first 4.4.3 release. :p

f2fs (aka flash friendly file system) is a flash file system created by Samsung that performs extremelly well in comparison with traditional file systems(e.g ext4) at NAND flash memory. The write and read speeds are in many cases a magnitude or more bigger than of ext4 so the performance gains are noticeable. However afaik it has only worked well on nexus 7. In other tested devices there were serious problems of data loss/corruption due to the nature of f2fs. I don't know if anyone has tried this for our device but it needs a lot of testing before it can be safely ported. If I'm wrong at something please correct me since it would be a killer feature for our device. Hope this helps :)
