With newest build I'm not being able to wake the phone for the 4th or 5 th times today. It's black screen, sometimes the softkeys light up. Only thing I can do is reset. I installed the rom on stock slot yersterday, clean install, with 2.27 JBX, default settings.
Any suggestions?

have you tried it without JBX?? I was having some bad issues with JBX a couple builds ago. I tried JBX on a couple different builds of this ROM and I just didn't have good luck with it. I would get random freezes like you forcing me to restart. A lot of times when opening the dialer to make a call or whenever an incoming call would come in it would freeze up and I couldn't see who was calling or answer it. The soft keys would light up, but the screen is just black and wouldn't do anything forcing me to go through the restart process. Very annoying when at work and I needed to call our dispatch or operations control... especially when I have to borrow my first officer's iphone that worked.

after re-flashing the ROM and not installing JBX it has worked just fine the last couple weeks. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a freeze up, restart, or any problem really with this after removing JBX. Going to flash 3.6 here in a minute, we'll see how that does.

I had a similar problem and went back to JBX 2-22 version and it worked fine.

Thx for the replys! I suspected that it was a JBX issue, I will try the 2.22 build, but for now I had to restore my cyanfox backup in order to use the phone. On the other hand Dtrail posted fine results with latest slim and 3.05 JBX. Maybe it will confirmed by others too...

Anyone having troubles while browsing?

Whatever browser I use, after a while it will end with webpages loading loops, when that happens... Manually entering an URL will do nothingnothing. Sometimes will send you to "a network error has happened" even if whatssapp sends and receives messages.

Temporary solution is app hanging and crashing or force closing. Sometimes forcing data connection and then going back to WiFi will help but is not so effective.

Jbx 2/22 instead of stock will not solve behavior. 2/27 doesn't works for me.

I use flash plugin but it never gave this problem on cyanfox.
Cyanfox had troubles only while loading videos be it flash or html5.

Will give a try to newer version slim Kat 3.6 since changelog mentions browser fixes.

What do you mean JBX 2/27 "won't work" for you?

What exactly do you mean by "reset"??
Do you install this ROM and it factory resets back to stock when you restart??

Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2

Yes, when i power off the phone it does a factory reset, but when i reboot it works fine.
I did it two times and twice it reset.

I'm still having random soft reboots. "Stock" and jbx kernel. Also connecting to a WiFi network has been sketchy.

Sent from the depths of a twisted mind.

Same problem here, but on Liquid Smooth rom v3 and JBX kernel. No freezes thou but connecting and staying connected to a wifi is a real hell, driving me insane. Saying for network "not in range" while I'm standing right next to router/repeater/hotspot, loosing signal in the next room 10 ft away, constantly dropping connection etc. Same thing happened on SlimKat with JBX kernel. Don't know what can be the issue...

that could be related to my bad browsing experience with version 3.4. I use internet mostly at home. weak signal has always been there but never causing me eternal loading loops and crashes.

the fact is that with 3.6, it has been better, at least not giving me eternal loops nor fc's . using Firefox was a pain on 3.4, now sometimes it just sendS you to "a network error occurred"webpage.

to the one who asked why jbx 2/27 didn't work for mems: I had audio bug (waking up and finding that there is no sound)

Is your phone rooted and unlocked??
Do you have super user installed?
Which slot are you using?

I know someone will fuss about this but everyone having problems have you done a complete wipe and a fresh install. When I change ROMs I always back up everything and totally wipe everything 3 times especially when experimenting with kernels. My XT912 only has 16gb of internal memory and it can be used up in a hurry! I have never had problems when I did this but had problems when I didn't.
Just saying'.
