HOW TO INSTALL?
Download ROM
Download 4.4.4 Gapps
Place ROM on phones memory or SD card
Boot into recovery (either twrp or cwm)
Full wipe (Dalvik Cache, Cache, System, Factory Data Reset)
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Reboot and enjoy!

yes you need to flash kernel in zip. the only thing i notice is battery drain within 7 to 8 hrs.... android processes is on the top of the list

Don't judge battery life so fast u need serval full charging cycle to do

My battery life is awesome just disable Team UB Notifications
no need for any app check for OTA updates etc

I am using TB , like always, for moving apps to SD, but first it shows that is succeed to move, but no memory change, and after reboot , the TB also shows that the app is still in internal memory(was not moved actually).
(TB = Titanium Backup)

Ub rom is good. Installed 5 days ago and everything works well.

-No problem with sensors
-keyboard and gestures are ok.
-No bugs found with google apps.
-Battery life is good

ok. what i meant is i do not see system update option when i click About in settings

i have been using it for about 3-4 days and haven't found a single bug or issue, even the screen recorder works which is not in any 4.4.4 rom for arc ( none that i could find), the camera records 720p videos, lots of customization, battery backup is great, CM11 Themes is a plus point, and it really is a final stable version (for me at least).
