This is the first time I try to install a custom rom on my device. I still have some doubts, but I've read enough about how installing a custom ROM, then I have little idea of what to do.

I want to know if these steps are the correct ones for installation Cm11 on my P716:

-First I have to do root on my device for that I have to install Framaroot to access the SU. Can be another one or only framaroot?
-Install the CWM recovery on my device after root.
-With the CWM Recovery Follow the steps above mentioned by OP to install CM11.

I downloaded all zip files included one marked Root -"BETA-SuperSU-v2.41.zip"- what use this file and where should I use it during the installation process?

I just installed rc2. Clean installation... Wow. That all I can say. Respect to all the dev that worked on this project. I never thought that there would be a CM11 build for this phone. I would go nuts if You guys build CM12 in the future. Honestly. Wow. :thumbup:

- Regarding initial rooting. Framaroot works ok. I managed to root my device with Kingo (more convenient I think).
- Regarding the root zip: First install the ROM via CWM. Then, when installation is complete, install this zip via CWM as well. Important - before rebooting it'll ask whether you wish to fix root/su - say yes to that.

i flashed this ROM this morning. it has ZERO lags! it's so smooooooth!
the status bar sliding down is butter compared to stock. no launcher redraws.
the 588mb ram is magically sufficient. I don't play games on my phone so I haven't run any yet. (I use my ipad).
can anyone post links for lollipop themes?
