[ROM][4.4.4]DN4_2.2(Ditto Note 4) for SGH-i317, i317M, T889, N7105 By the E-Team

I took a quick look through the entire post.. and I cant wait to flash this rom but.... My main question is basically how to root this version (i317M). I'm coming from S2 that was pretty easy to root.. but for this one I can't find the how to or I'm not looking enough.

if your rom is based off PAC, Bam, Fusion, ... :
IMPORTANT: As per notice of 01.11.2013, my CM10.2 kernels do NOT support proprietary Custom Rom frameworks anymore. So if your Custom Rom did not implement the generic framework class framework-2.jar but his own naming convention, you will receive a boot loop. Do not cry about this here but advise your Custom rom cooker to fix this. I will not change this ever again.
The most prominent custom kernels for CM will follow the same approach (aligned between Yank555, Googy, LordBoeffla, Psndna, Temasek and me).

So please do pass this message along to your favorite ROM devs.
If they don't fix their rom, it won't be compatible with custom kernels any more!

Is this the cause for certain n7105 users boot loop after flashed devil kernel ?

Thanks for the help, I disabled everyone of those files, yet still get the error and blocks in certain rooted programs.

That should not happen... Did u uninstall all? uninstall them.

HUGE BUG

Everything working good as far as I've seen but the most important thing is bugging. I can't freaking talk to anyone. I mean what's the point of having a phone if I can't talk to anyone.
I was in stock MK7 for t889. Should I reflash the modem or kernel? Please tell me that there's a solution without changing the rom. PLZ PLZ PLZ

You don't need to flash a kernel to root just flash cf autoroot with odin and your rooted. You will have to flash a custom recovery though. I recommend phils revovery

Well if you previously rooted and don't have the 4.3 bootloader you will lose root. Installing devil kernels usually brings back root instead of cf auto Odin again

I317 or 7105? I had the same problem losing signal but I turned airplane mode on and off bring signal back somewhat I haven't found a direct fix for it yet

Hmm first I've heard of this issue all I can do is search the forum for others that might have had the same issue or at least same device and see if they have a solution while running this rom

Doesnt sound like a rom problem. Flash a backup of a working rom and see if problem persists
