Doesnt sound like a rom problem. Flash a backup of a working rom and see if problem persists

There's no hardware problem for sure, I just talked on skype and line. I think there's a problem in my Kernel or Modem.

I want to know that I should use N7105 MK5 kernel (now--> MJ5).

Galaxy Note 2 N7105 MK5 kernel is recommended no matter which one of the models mentioned below you have. You can download it here just in case you flashed another kernel and you want to go back to N7105 MK5 kernel
Devil Kernel is a good kernel, but some versions apparently don't work well with the rom, thatś why we recommend N7105 MK5 kernel

Back on topic. Try this for me try to make a call then hit the speaker phone on, than back off. See if the other party can here you then.
I was having a similar problem on another Rom. Until I flashed the latest modem. Problem solved!!!

Can you take a pic of your about screen. Just to see what modem and kernel you have installed...

Edit:.I just re read what I wrote in the earlier post. Yeah no wonder you couldn't understand what I was saying. Guess my meds was kicking in then lol...
I was saying have you check your Apn setting to see what's it set to? I had too set my up to get LTE working...

I installed with just TWRP recovery btw...
Look back a few pages because I posted exactly what I did too get it working...

Using the same device. But using Mk6 modem provided by @Seanscreams I've linked it to my one stop shop thread if you need it..
And using the stock kernel that came with the Rom!!!
