Wiped everything but exscard and clean flashed about 2 hrs ago. I have been reloading everything from marketplace and dropbox.
Been using the S Pen and features to get around (best I can) but learing fast. So far Haven't ran into any FC or reboots. only thing is that my google chrome seems to be pretty laggie just installed Dolphin and working great right know along with everything Ive used up till now.

One more thing I noticed when I was in CWM recovery it keep flashing after I loaded the ROM. ? I'm using the latest CWM for the 4.4 kitkat rom
here. I was just finishing the latest skynote when I seen you post this and had no issue. Not sure if a recovery issue or after ROM install issue. anyway I'm going back to TWRP dont like the small touch bars in CWM recovery. Over all the Air Comand and other NEW features seem good so far. Thanks for the Good ROM.:good:

Can this be flashed easily if you are on one of the 4.4 AOSP roms, or do you need to load the "4.3" bootloader first?

thanks for bringing another rom to this phone:good:
Ii haven't changed mine yet and everything is smooth so far. Besides after i wiped everything and installed zip from exscard. CWM flashed a few times but not during the install only after. Liking all the features we didnt have in the leak. Like the arrangments in the setup taps too. Lot more options than what we have been using. :good::good:

I'm not too sure on that! I believe the main reason for flashing 4.3 bootloader is because on At&T the wifi won't work of you don't do that first.

So, I'm on IOKP ROM which, I think, is a 4.3.1 AOKP based ROM:
1. Do I need to flash this ROM's bootloader "4.3". And if so,
2. How do I go back to my original bootloader just in case I wanted to go back to my old ROM, and will I need to go back in order to flash my IOKP ROM? Sounds like an interesting ROM and I'd like to give it a shot, but I'm a little hesitant.
Thanks :)

Yes u still will have to flash4.3 bootloader. I tried coming from a build like that too at first. As for getting back to 4.1.2 Here's a thread on that.
