Didn't wipe from aroma. Plus I believe the option was removed in aroma. I wiped in TWRP2.

No. The one in op also has fix for tw launcher installation and I believe that also for build.prop installation

I have 4.3 stock
Downloaded the newest file 3.1b
Picked ATT Kernel and Modem
Left all default for the rest
Started to install aroma
then within 10 % rebooted
and stuck at Note 2 logo
