UPDATE IN THE OP

11/29/2013
-Fixed all remaining bugs (uninstall apps, etc)
-stock framework.jar (no hack needed anymore)
-init.d script named key is the script that makes this all work (etc/init.d)
-kt kernel 11/29/2013 is another reason everything is working (it includes the faux hack)
-ktoonsez and myself stayed up all night working on this
-happy thanksgiving

@ Developers, attatched to this post is the init.d script I used paired with the new KT kernel to fix this ROM 100%
place in etc/init.d

Does ART work?

Art is still in a dev state with google some say they have good sucess but most are having issues running art. Most devs are removing art from their builds cause of the issues it causes when people try to run it.

Do you have a recommended gapps package? I was using the 0-day package on gummy 4.4, but he just went to deodexed, would that conflict here?

Art does not work with xposed as far as I'm aware

Some issues with i337m here as well:

- Signal. As per above, when I first booted, cannot acquire signal. Forcing it onto LTE, it finally did, but 1 bar where under GE4.3 it had 2 or 3. I noted it now has a MG1 baseband.
- APN's. It installs all known APN's for Fido. My device did not pick the correct APN so it had no APN set initially.
- After first boot, I set up the Xposed Framework, rebooted, then setup Gravity and rebooted. At this point, the device refused to boot (stuck on splashing Google screen). Had to reinstall ROM (without wipe) to get it to boot.
- Got device all setup through TiBu restore. When I rebooted, device again failed to boot as per issue immediately above.

4.4 is super-smooth on the GS4 (no surprise)...but alas...Reverting to 4.3...not ready for i337m IMHO.

Gapps comes with the rom. It's like a touchwiz but for google edition phones.

I've loss service several times and reselecting network provider restores. Running MDJ baseband. It's very intermittent as it hasn't happened since last night.

Had to force set the specific Telus APN as it didn't get picked up but no data even after setting. Did the radio get changed by this ROM to i1905 or some such? When you reverted did you get back to the correct baseband? Or did you have to re-flash your radio?

I'm now on MG1 instead of MDJ. Can't seem to revert to MDJ

If i manually select operator like you said. I get service temporarily, but no mobile data. no 3g or lte. and it only lasts for maybe 10 seconds

I just have to say battery life is incredible. At 90 percent after 4.5 hrs of light use!

Only thing that doesn't work which may be a kit Kat issue is any app that redirects Google Voice messages to regular messaging app.

thats supposed to be a nexus 5 only feature. roms like gummy, cm, and others have added it in.

I thought it was a 4.4 feature. I have the 4.4 launcher on my note 8.0 running 4.2.2 and the ok google hot word works just fine. Ir blaster is also not just a nexus thing.

I'm currently on Rogers i337m using MG1 modem. Is it recommended to pull modem.bin (MK6) from the newest stock firmware (RWC-I337MVLUEMK6-20131125124040) and flash only modem via Odin? Are there any disadvantages in doing so?

are you serious? i wasnt referring to ir blaster lol. but yeah that works because the 4.4 launcher was pulled from nexus 5. the one on google edition is a little different in that aspect.
