i experience that also, here's you gonna do:
1) wipe cache, dalvik, data
2) flash rom (even has error in update binary continue in step 3)
3) wipe cache and dalvik
4) reboot
5) go to recovery again
6) wipe cache, dalvik, data
7) flash rom (this should be successful now)
8) wipe cache and dalvik
9) reboot

this rom is based in DN4v2.1A themed DN4 copy
That's against XDA rules so I suggest to close thread and give a mod instead :good:
More over this is a chinese rom bro i dont think the op is a chinese and he has made it alteast the credits shld be given ti the og dev or the chinese sitewhere the rom is originally posted...A themed DN4 copy

I have seen the graphical glitch with dialer button on left side already on two or three other roms, one is Kyubi rom, second in a Note 3 Neo thread and third in S3 section (not sure about that one)
Plus there's an eteam folder in the ROM......
And the sizes are interestingly the same.

And I just signed on last weekend to jump in on DN3 and DN4 LTE support for the non-international ROMs. Not to mention having some built and posted in the ATT threads for the past couple of years.
So, we're pretty sure we know what we're talking about.
The end of the video states it's based on DN4.
The Disclaimer on the DN4 Eteam OPs page states:
You must root your device for installing this rom/mod. so now your warranty is void. if anything happens to you or your phone is solely your resposibility. We don't allow chefs/devs/themers to use the files added or modded by us in this ROM.
Now that is our point. There is nothing posted on the OP page that says permission was received from the eteam to use THEIR ROM base to create this. We're not bashing the effort.
This is also an XDA rule. Number 12
12. Using the work of others.
If you are developing something that is based on the work of another Member, you MUST first seek their permission and you must give credit to the member whose work you used. If a dispute occurs about who developed / created a piece of work, first try to settle the matter by private message and NOT in open forum. If this fails, you may then contact a Moderator and provide clear evidence that the work was created by you.
Convincing evidence will result in the copied work being removed. If there is no clear evidence that it was you who created the work, then in the spirit of sharing, all work will remain posted on the forums.
As an addition, developers have the right to hold exclusivity over their work for as long as it is deemed necessary by that developer. In plain English: If you want to keep your work exclusive, go for it. However, if you are going to share your work, do it fairly.
These rules apply to all software posted on XDA (including but not limited to ROMs, RUUs, apps, games, kernels, themes, icons, etc) unless that software comes with a license that waives these rules.
Edit: I just flashed it and it starts off saying flashing DN4 v2.1.
About device says DN4V2.

Install Agni PureStock kernel immediately after installing this rom. It should work. It worked for me.
