What is Android Open Source BAM Project?
it is a custom ROM developed as free and open source software based on the official releases of Android by CyanogenMod,
AOSB (ProBAM) ROM have been the pinnacle of perfection employing the best of all the Best ROMs in a Package which makes sense!.. While the latest one doesn’t incorporate a slew of features.


Whats new in CyanogenMod 11

On 6 November 2013 the CyanogenMod team started pushing the code of CyanogenMod 11, based on Android 4.4 KitKat .

Installation instructions so If installing for the first time:

To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed
Copy the downloaded AOSB to your phone.
Update recovery, is required for install android kitkat
Boot into your recovery
Back up your ROM
Enter recovery
Make full wipe "included "system"
Select Recommended kernel for first install
Install the ROM
Install GAPPS package
Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes
Recommended to Reboot again after ROM is up for the first time
2 second to up ! and 1 second to restart or shutdown ! It is AOSB

Not workin' or buggy:
  • Selecting "About Phone" in Settings causes FC
  • Selecting "Sound Packs" for the first time causes FC, second time opens fine

  • laggy recents page
  • keyboard change won't stick

  • for multiple user the back button work only for new created user

AOSB... Oh More goodies for our XZ, thank u so much dev for this it looks very promising with alot of features.

Will download and report later even that we all know what AOSB mean, AOSB is one of the best android ROMs in XDA, especially that this rom remind me the good days of Jelly Bam

Will try my best to mek this one bug free. Atm i would say its quite stable for an initial release. For sure there are bugs ;)
Expect anedda release on the upcoming weekend!

Will update ef its worth updating. This time there are a handful things i will try to fix and add.
I run this Rom now since building it and i like it the most, so i will try to deliver important updates. But dont say its weekly nor every two weeks ... we will see ;)

Fantastic!

was hesitating at first to flash this ROM but after finally flashing all I can say is wow!.... For the first time I have a rom with everything I want including a very decent boot animation....I hope u keep developing this ROM...

Try to open it again it'll open without FC, and as i remember, sound pack option is for changing the sound for clicking, turning screen on and off.... etc, but it doesn't work fore me.

I don't know if this is a bug or if it's just me;

Whenever i change default Keyboard (Swiftkey is what's oin mind here)
The keyboard always(!!) changes back to aosp keyboard. ALWAYS.

The solution that I found, was to delete the LatinIME input mode from system apps. This should really not be necessary.
