Can't edit the Navbar ?!

Why can't I make any changes to Navigation bar ?? I tried to change the icons to Android Lollipop one (from GravityBox) and had no effect. o_O

Since 4.2.1 I've been unable to update. I've tried in the past and whenever I do my phone has no reception on boot - I assume it's an issue with the radio. So, I've just stuck with an old version. I'd really like to try the new 4.4.4 beta though and tried again tonight but again I have no phone reception on reboot.

Can anyone suggest a solution? Do I just need to flash a radio over the top? If so can anyone recommend a package for me?

Thanks

We're seeing issues with OBB Expansion Files on certain applications when running on Paranoid Android. This is causing huge issues with these applications due to the missing files, as well as causing a crash from DefaultContainerService.apk. The error message seen is "Unfortunately, Package Access Helper has stopped". Anyone have any idea what could be causing this crash or error message?

More info on this at this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/package-access-helper-stopped-custom-t2924362

I've been on other Linaro rom for +6 months. I thought I would go for a change. Chrome is messed up on this rom and overall it's sucking my battery dry in less than a day. The battery issue has been there for a long time as I remember it when I was using a Nexus 7.

Hi all. I've installed Paranoid 4.6 beta 6 some days ago on my nexus galaxy samsung.
Rom is very nice, but my device was terrify slower, near to be unusable, so, for the moment, i've decided to return at stock 4.3.
It is normal or there was something wrong on my installation? Should i retry to re install the rom?
I haven't changed kernel. that is a must?
Thanks in advance for the help, i'm not an expert so sorry for my newbish questions.

Yeah, but a solution was already found. Launch Chrome from recents, and the problem should be solved.

You should try Fancy Kernel. It'll improve battery life significantly. http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-nexus/development/kernel-fancy-kernel-r50-t2115590

Hi
No problem here, not really, really, perfect but quite nice, of course, and absolutely usable (and more!). Maybe you should try to (clean)install it again.
All the best

Your right Chrome is a general bug. Just happened to run into it ironically when I switched ROM. Battery drain is bigger than I'm used too. I don't feel like experimenting to improve it. With little to no usage it just drops. Also I've since found I think I enjoy the customizations I was using in another ROM. I do like Paranoid. Its been very stable. No random reboots which is nice.
