Hi Parineeti,How is the battery backup with ART ? I can easily get 5:30 minutes screen-on time with Stock ROM. Is it better with this ROM ?

Anyways, I haven't tested ART on stock coz somewhere on the Moto forums, I heard ART is halfbaked in the stock firmware, even on 4.4.4!!!

On PA with ART, battery backup is good for me...
Goes a day with heavy 3G usage for me... :good:

Beta 6 is available only for officially supported devices....
Moto E is a legacy device and Beta5 is the latest version for legacy devices.... :good:

Go with stock kernel... That's the best....

But AFAIK the latest version of this kernel is not available for AOSP ROMs...

Ah thanks a lot. It's been a long time I was away from XDA, it's good to be back.
@savoca One question. I took a look at the source on github. But most of the commits were about fixing makefiles and bash scripts. Where does most of the upstream development for legacy happens. You guys can use a spare programmer I guess.

The stock kernel you can pull it out from the stock rom!:thumbup:

I'm talking about the stock firmware kernel...
Download the rom, extract it, you'll get boot.img, that's it...

When you install PA, you don't need to flash the stock kernel again, just flash it on top of the stock rom...

I have been using this rom for a day!! Pretty stable. Dynamic Bar and Dynamic status bar do cause some lags here and there. There are occasional soft boots. But yes the phone is pretty much usable on a daily basis. Great job by the devs here. Cheers.

Yup, DSBs cause the rom to slow down but that's for PA in general, not specific to condor....
Also direct call from contacts not available and also if card style recents have been enabled, it doesn't show up sometimes on pressing the button....
But all in all, its a custom rom and everything else is pretty smooth...
Also last but not the leat, its an official build...
