I download 10x slim minimal gapps from different computer and still getting unmatch mdsum. the file size is okay. can I use Pa_gapps modular-mini 4.4.2 or any kk 4.4.2 gapps?

I'm on Knox with the S4. Great radio signal. Use SlimKat and Ktoonez kernel. Even have my S4 formatted for F2Fs as well. Thing are running smooth and I get 2-3 days of battery in between charges with moderate to heavy usage. Running SlimKat 5 without any issues at all.

Just tried out the latest build, only real bug I've have come across (may not be anything to do with ROM) is with the Camera, video recording doesn't work at all, tapping the red button does nothing, normal camera & panorama seem to work as expected, other than that a majority of the features/settings work from what I've tested, PIE works great, on screen navigation buttons show & work, it's a pretty good ROM, lives up to it's name, first time I've tested it out.

EDIT: Only downside is it doesn't have any setting to turn off the Tab 3 8.0's button backlights (can't see them unless I'm not looking properly?) otherwise it'd be perfect if/when camera issues are fixed.

Does not include Samsung Accessibility setting "Negative colors" but the dark color scheme will do as long as applications cooperate.

Why is there no microphone button on the keyboard? Is speech input allowed?

Thanks, it's a good stable ROM, just needs some kind of backlight button setting implementing or a way to turn them off completely as touching the screen causes them to light up (on Stock ROM they work differently) this is the same with CM but that has a option in Settings so is much less of an issue.

Not sure that behavior can be fixed, well maybe not until stock KitKat arrives for the Tab 3 8.0

I was trying to flash the v5 rom, so I wiped system, caches and data. I saw a second data directory, and I chose it too. Seconds later I discovered that I wiped my internal stuff, including the rom. Aghhh

So i downloaded it and gapps on my phone, copied them to a micro sdcard, and inserted it in my Tab. The md5 sum was fine. I copied both files to the tabs storage and attempted to install. I get an error stating error executing updater binary in the zip file.
I'm using twrp 2.6.3.3.

Am i doing something wrong?
What else can I try?

Update your recovery to the latest version.

I see in the goo.im page that there are several versions of twrp 2.7. And that site doesn't have the tab 3 as a device.

Which one should I use? I'm looking at the one for the galaxy tab pro 8.4.
