Gapps are updates automatically ?

or is it necessary to do wipe system and data, wipe cache and dalvik + Rom + gapps?

Copy CM11.0 Zip to your Internal/External SDcard
Flash the ROM
Reboot and enjoy!

Yes, I think you can flash it just after wiping the cache and dalvik.
If you feel like the rom is sluggish after flashing it using the method I've mentioned, then wipe system data, wipe cache and dalvik, then flash the ROM, then the gapps.

You can but i always prefer clean install wipe system and data, wipe cache and dalvik + Rom + gapps because since this is upgraded version 1.3 there can be conflicts with current 1.2 Rom and you may get FC's ... So better to Clean Install

If it does not go, I would make a clean install later.

Otherwise in the future, a system of update (opendata) as on the omnirom is envisaged?

BUt i install stock rom or AryaMod working fine...

I did clean install with philz or twrp format system and wipe all but still there is network fluctuating...

I wanted to begin by installing V1.3 over V1.2 by flash in only the Rom, I obtained FC (keyboard, com.android.systemui, google service,....).

I have flash by following the modus operandi: wipe data / system, wipe cache and dalvik and format system

More problem, until I wanted to install a theme (https: // play.google.com / blind / apps / details? Id=org.cyanogenmod.great.freedom) or (https: // play.google.com / blind / apps / details? Id=com.flux.theme.flux), I obtained FC (com.android.systemui). I have this problem also With cyanogenmod 11.0 and omnirom 4.4.4.

I have flash by following to the complete modus operandi and more problem.

Voici mes premiers retours de la V1.3.

J'ai voulu commencer par installer la V1.3 au-dessus de la V1.2 en flashant in uniquement la rom, j'ai obtenu pas mal de fc (clavier, com.android.systemui).
J'ai donc reflasher en suivant le mode opératoire: wipe data/system, wipe cache et dalvik et puis un format system.

Plus de problème, jusqu'au moment où j'ai voulu installer un thème ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.cyanogenmod.great.freedom ) ou ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flux.theme.flux ) , j'ai obtenu des FC ( ) . Je dois dir que ce probème existe aussi sous cyanogenmod 11.0 et omnirom 4.4.4.

J'ai donc de nouveau reflasher suivant le mode opératoire complet et plus de problème jusqu'à maintenant.

You have to clean Install the Rom if your comming from other Rom's Regarding the Gerrit link given i cant add/modify anything has this Rom is Official hence if Developer merges it in Source it will take effect No one else reported this issue ? If anyone is facing this issue let me know Do remember if you are using custom kernel then issue might be because of it

i have installed this rom and there is no problem with network or WiFi.

No the videos play perfectly on aosp. I have watched 720p movies to YouTube in 720p and never had a choppy video problem.

One thing that I'm having problem is I'm not able to select network operator. When I tried to do manual search, nothing appears for me to select. Any idea what happens?

never had a problem with network with any aosp ROMs be it paranoid, C-ROM, DU, Omni or this.
I am not sure what's causing you this problem.
