any update sultan? :fingers-crossed:
Maybe. I deleted all of the CM11 source from my computer, so if there is an update in the future then it will only be for the kernel (probably to fix the battery drain).

Why not use Lollipop?

Noticed that GPS is weaker when compared to the earlier version. While driving, I seem to loose GPS signal more frequently. Otherwise this version is smoother and would say battery life is better. Kudos to Sultan for this wonderful ROM.

I installed after doing a full wipe.

Just my 2 cents.
GPS-related libraries and configs have not been touched in ages :p

A battery drain fix will be a warm welcome :).

Lollipop is a little bit too alpha for now I think for this phone? And maybe the phone even is somewhat too slow for Lollipop.

Hi Sultan,
I'm using your last rom with last kernel. Seems there is a bug in the microphone. When I use apps like ClearRecord to record some stuff about 1 out of 8 times the mic doesn't work and it records nothing! Just static noise! Then if I reset the smartphone restarting the OS the mic always work! So it seems a rom/kernel issue also because I never had this problem with the stock HTC rom (and I use that app many many times).

Does anyone else had the same issue?

Speakers to mono sound

Hello, after looking in google for hours, i will ask to you
Everything in speakers sounds in one channel, let's say... left (doesn' matter the side, and is dificult to realize which one is)

When I plug the earphones it sounds great in stereo, the problem is ONLY in speakers.

The solution would be that it plays mono only with speakers. (I need to keep stereo for headphones) There is no app able to do it, or I didn't find it.

Can you advice me? I am able to change some lines under some /etc/bin file or somethingh like that :)

This is important. Try to listen The Doors only with one channel. You will cry.

Hello,
I had to reinstall all, so I installed the ROM of 4.4.4 of 30-04-2015, and the problem is no longer there. Even the sound is louder. GREAT JOB PEOPLE!!!

Mic (or the speaker?) working weird on first call after airplane mode off

Several times when I make a call after putting airplane mode to off, the mic (or the speaker?) starts going crazy making strange sounds and forcing me to stop the call. Sometimes the phone itself stops the call! This happens only on first call after airplane mode off. From second call everything goes always fine.
Does anyone has a similar problem? BTW I'm on the italian mobile operator TIM.

Hi guys, I've been looking all over for a solution but I can't seem to find it. Here's the thing: I've just flashed it yesterday, everything works fine as far as I could see, it goes quite smoothly, but not as much as I thought, but the thing is that I cannot install any app. I did a full wipe and even formatted all partitions, as soon as I go to play store it starts updating and downloading but when it comes to installation it gives the 504 error. I did what you are supposed to do with it (clean cache and data from play store, play services and frame), reboot, and even unlinked my account a few times. It downloads one or none app, installs it and then back to the begining. All over again. At first it asks for loggin then, when it finally realices that I'm already logged in it starts with the 504 error again. Please, if someone can give me a hand I'd be very thankful.
PS: I'm on 05/05 build.

If whenever you're making (or receiving) a call, you start hearing weird noises from your phone, no need to stop the call: just enable the loudspeaker (vivavoce/altoparlante) on and then switch it back off right away, and you should be able to resume your phonecall.
It's not a fix, but it's a workaround. I'm also experiencing this issue every now and then, but as far as I know, there's still not complete fix for that, but in the meantime this should do it!
