I can install the gpe version on xt1033 via twrp? Or just on fastboot? I want install miui.

I have a Moto G XT1031 US Cellular, what one should I flash to be safest?

The XT1031 ROM.

i bought 2 years ago a Dual sim version in Italy, by Amazon.it. Actyually even i tried to do restore, factory etc etc... when start have always same proble of play google. It's unusable. So i thought try to flash the original FW.

From what i understood for dualsim exist only version and brasilian version. Is it right?
Which one do you suggest? I need only a phone without problem, i dont need get faster Rom

Stock Marshmallow has better performance and battery life. Try the Identity Crisis 6 ROM - follow flashing instructions in that thread exactly. A Dual-SIM version is available.

@lost101 can I flash these Roms with OTG cable and do I need to flash Google apps separately or they are included , and can I flash 4.4.4 kitkat from any Lolipop 5.1 custom rom like cm12 which I have on my xt1032 now ???

Google Play Store is included, get what you need from there. Do not flash gapps. Yes is the answer to the rest.

I've already downloaded xt1033 Retail Brazil 4.4.4 Stock ROM (Untouched) (456mb) but since my bootloader is locked , the defaut one (android updated up to 4.4.2) how can i flash it without losing my files? need some help

You can do nothing as long as Bootloader is locked.

I guess it's called "dirty install", to flash a new rom without deleting the older one.... I have fastboot access, but can also try another tool, any help is very appreciated

was able to get adb sideload on recovery, I guess it's a good thing, but when tried some pull, got error, closed...

You can only flash these (or any ROM zip) via Custom Recovery (TWRP / CWM). This requires an unlocked Bootloader.

Flash the latest Factory Firmware Image for your model using Fastboot. Skip the command:

mfastboot erase userdata​

Your data will remain untouched and you may be able to boot into Android again.

Was able to boot my phone again and kept al the files, in fact skipped a lot of commands, will latter make a thread about this situation, might be usefull for more people

No. But you should be able to take the Kernel from this ROM and use it to resolve the issue. In other words, flash the Optimized ROM you want from OP, then the boot.img from the zip of that other ROM.

My xt1033 , after the boot loop condition, was flashed in the same manner but unknowingly I updated it via OTA update(system update) and now it's not at all turning on though the LED notification light blinks. Is there any solution?

I tried both the following firmwares on my device of CDMA model supplied by Reliance but it is not working. after installation when it boots it says starting services and restarts. and it repeats if i leave it.

Kindly help. since this phone is no more usable. but can be given to kids with games and apps to at least for playing.

Try to use fastboot with stock 4.4

You have hard-bricked your phone. You need to be very careful with OTA Updates. Rule of thumb: Never accept them.

Thanks a lot mate. I don't know how to thank you because "THANK YOU" would just be mere words. Your instructions solved the situation which I never thought I could. Just one thing the battery is draining too fast i.e., within one hour it drained by 10%. Can it be resolved?

I guess it was due to travelling. I kept my phone's location settings ON and traveled for almost one hour. During that one hour the battery drained by 10% but now its OK. I think its due to the location settings. Please correct me if I'm wrong. And also will that ROM work in XT1033.

Yes. You can check battery stats in Settings.
