You're right. My lockscreen was "normal" for about couple of hours.:p
I think I found a way to reproduce it. Every time I lock the phone in landscape mode then turn back on the lockscreen has the landscape layout in portrait mode. Can you see if it's the same for you?

Fresh n7000 build can be found at DU Google+.
@chasmodo

hi

Dirty flashed over previous build.
Lock screen still sometimes in landscape when in portrait mode - first encountered on previous build.
Not a biggie as the lock screen still works fine.

Thanks for keeping the development going on our fine device.

No su in settings, also one more problem… no one can call me… when i call in my no. It rings once then suddenly call drops, and phone doesn't showing any misscall or anything?? My networks are good.
and whenever anyone calling me then i getting"networks not available" but this happening only with calls.

still same error!
Sounds like you're in need of a clean flash I'm afraid.
Let it stabilise for 15 minutes after your flash before installing any apps.
Ideally make a TWRP backup before you install any apps.
If you've got odd problems, install your apps over a few days and see if any of them cause the problem.
That is, check you're problems on a clean build and see if they appear after installing a particular app.
A bit of a pain but a surefire way of identifying problem apps.

Hi,

if anyone did the mistake and flashed the PhotoSphere Camera (like me), its not neccessary to do a fullwipe to get the original cam back (in which video works and which can save on sd card).

The solution from post #303 and following: Deleting the files named in the backup script and reflashing rom and gapps with small wipe just worked fine for me!

I do have SU, but the incoming call issue is the same on my Note.
I will retry and get a lolcat later.

Here is what I get when I receive a call, using latest build.

If someone could tell me what is wrong, I just want to avoid full wipe, again.

Adaway updating Dirty Unicorns' Ad Blocker

Hi

I seem to remember a post that explained how to redirect Adaway to update the host file that can be enabled through Dirty Tweaks in Dirty Unicorns builds.
For the life of me I can't find it on XDA or through Google.
Does anyone out there know how to do this or where the host file is on the DU 4.4.2 builds?

Any advice much appreciated.

Cheers............. FabreFaction

UPDATE:
BTW, the hosts file is in system/etc
I just have this memory of reading a post where you had to redirect AdAway to write to a different location/file, i.e. a custom target in AdAway.
AdAway writes to system/etc/hosts okay, and I can't find another hosts file on the device.
It's just bugging me as I have a clear memory of reading something about redirecting.

It could of course be an alcohol induced false memory :D

Volume rocker music control bug

Hi! first of all this is a great ROM! one thing ive noticed is that long pressing volume rocker when listening to mp3 doesnt work anymore. My screen is off and it doesnt seem to work. ive installed du_n7000_20140402-1914 build. This feature works on du_n7000_20140308-test.

other than that, very nice ROM!

thanks!

Long press volume while screen off works for me.

Anyone else facing problems with Bluetooth headsets? Music is interrupted every few seconds...
Different players make no difference.

I don't have those problems but I use a different DSP which may make a difference.
I have uninstalled the DSP that comes with the ROM and replaced it with Noozoxide.
