@chasmodo have you decided which phone to get next yet ? I've looked at the G3 and the Find 7 they both look good . I fancy the find 7 more I think as it has an sd card slot .

Hello @chasmodo, as the thread for Asylum omni is closed and i don't have G+ and don't want to send pm, just wanted to check if there is any issue with double tap to sleep on 27th Nightly? i clean flashed it yesterday after trying RR rom and when i check the option for double tap to sleep it doesn't work and when i go back to the option it is unchecked on its own.

Double tap is working fine here on 27th build.
You should try to disable then re enable it.

In DU there is a blacklist option to block calls and sms, I am trying to block a call using wildcard or rather I want to block the call if it contains xyz number but the blacklist is not blocking it. I can't input a direct number for its a call from my service provider so the number is random but a part of it is always the same.
could you please tell me on how to configure blacklist so that I can block a number of it contains a certain series??
is there a guide to this? is the wildcard option working for others? please help me for these calls are becoming really annoying
thank you very much :)

I don't think that blacklist has the wildcard option at all.

Perhaps you might investigate if one of the custom dialers up at the G Store offers something like that.

yes there is a wildcard option please take a look at the picture attached
but the problem is even though i enabled it, it doesnt block the call and i have tried the mentioned example combinations to get it to work but still a no go.
i have tried a few blacklist applications available in the PS but they too dont block the call rather just silence the ringer which i dont want.
i havent tried any custom dialer though
please if you can please do take a look at this
sorry for the trouble
thank you very much :)

The example in the picture seems to be based on regular expressions.
Have you tried to use regular expression syntax to describe the numbers to block?
I have tried as mentioned in the examples for wildcard
like if the number I want to block is 12345678 then I used 12345678.* or .*12345678.* as said in the example but that didn't work. the problem is the call is from my service provider so the first 6 characters are always same and only the last three change so I am trying to block by using the numbers that are always constant.
anyways I don't understand what you mean by regular expression. would you kindly explain me or provide an example as to how I should input it in the blacklist.

thank you very much.

I know my test (done on another great Chasmodo rom) is inconclusive, but I tried on it with the .*1234.* syntax and it worked.
(I'll try to switch rom to do a proper test)
