Hello. I'm on this rom for one week. Just great, good job. Thanks to all devs and help Chasmodo. I just like to disable the hard buttons light. And you work on the drain battery using. I often noticed with many others roms that a good kernel for battery life makes appear issues screen touch and bugs as lags or FC. I prefer a add-on app which manage like a killer background. So, have a nice day to all.

Hi,
I'm getting a FC of phone app when I receive a call, any idea how to fix this?

Code:

I already tried checking/unchecking sqlite3 in Dirty Settings, reflashing the rom and wiping caches and data of phone app.

TIA

EDIT: Dirty flashing PA-4.5 Aplha3 removed the error.

Not very readable.

HI. You're right CHASMODO, I read back my msg and my title above means rather incomprehensible !. My apologies for this. So, I'm glad to see your update today. Do you think I can use TB to restore my apps and mostly my system data. I heard some issues about this way to do. And, one time I had troubles but I remind It was my fault, wrong using. Thanks again for this KK fuly usable. Good night.:)

OP has links to both the PA GAPPS and the Banks GAPPS, what about the DU GAPPS?

Are you not recommending the DU version.

Do the others support the Dark ui option?

To disable Hardware Backlights flash the attached file via recovery or manually push the file from data/local and transfer it in the same location and change permission to 644.

For me v7.8 improves a lot in terms of battery life specially the heating problem on my side.

Why would you need a killer background? It only drains your battery.

Thanks for the reply Chasmodo. Though, I am sorry to hear that.

The performance of the Rom is already on par with the latest flagships. And I thought that it would be legandary to have the odexed version of DU. I am aware that you would have to relinquish lots of features for an odexed version, however maybe it could be prefferable in performance-wise.

Thanks for the great rom.

I always do a clean install and use TB to restore my settings and apps,
it always works well.

Hello. Thank you Bratboo for your answer and the attached file. I just want to know before push the SH file in the folder system/data/local. This is well to make the backlights off, I do not want to disable the functions of these. Have a nice day to all.

Yep! The attached file will only disable the backlight but the hardware buttons will still works as it is.

Hello.
I love DU very much.
I wish DU will be better.

I have two problems to report, of course ,other things are quite perfect.
1. The phone becomes very hot even I didn't play games or listen to music,.
2. I got several times of system ui FC , I had to reboot into recovery and wipe cache or flash again.
I found out the problems perhaps : change the lock screen wallpaper . Change themes from one to another.

I have never ever seen or used such a fast, fluid, responsive ROM for our beloved Note before.
DU is the perfect one. Thanks Chasmodo and DU Team.

I also faced the same systemui problem after I changed the theme. Now there is no lockscreen wallpaper and everything is just fne and superb. I dont care at all :)

Edit: I think, de-selecting (or not to select) lockscreen wallpaper option while applying a theme would solve the problem. As is stated in the OP, changing lockscreen walpaper would cause problems and we should not do that. And if we apply a theme with locksceen wallpaper option selected, we will be doing this. :)
