Those who want to change the lockscreen wallpaper, there is a way but it will also change the Homescreen wallpaper..
Long press on the home screen and in the wallpapers option select the picture you want and select apply. Now you have a wallpaper for both homescreen and lockscreen!

Would it be wise to use th script here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2527268) to odex DU?
Would I face any serious problems?
I know the best way is to try and find out yourself but I am asking if there is something special which could prevent or make it unwise to odex this Rom.

I just dirty flashed 08/08 over 7.8 and I am getting SystemUI FC´s. I rebooted to clear cache and delvik with same results. I am back in 7.8.
MD5 verified.
Anyone ?

EDIT: I found that today´s GOOGLE + update is the culprit for these FC´s

If you updated and havent got the FC s so far, you are safe. I got the SystemUi FCng inmediatelly after G+ update. It could only be me for unknown reasons.
It's not only you, new G+ app has made a mess of many different devices.
We are testing a remedy for that ATM. Meanwhile, just uninstall the app and get yourself a slightly older version.

If you already flashed, then you wont be able to install anything unless you have a Titanim back up. The System UI Fcs caused by this crap is very intruisve. If you dont have a backup, try flashing Gapps.
Donwload a past version of Gapps and extract it from there if you dont have a Titanium Backup.

Flashed 7.8 dirty over 7.7. Had no problems with it other than my phone refusing to use 3G. It stays on 2G no matter what I do.
Trying to change to 3G in "Wireless&Networks -> More -> Mobile Networks -> preferred network type" just makes it select 2G again. I doubt it is because of my carrier which is T-Mobile.de, since the area I live in has good 3G coverage.
Anyone else had similar problem or a fix for it?

Turn it off, change the 'Preferred network type' to 3G
'Wireless&Networks -> More -> Mobile Networks -> Data enabled'
Turn it on again.
with the last update test build ....lost root.....reflash with wipes and root OK but lost wifi e 3G connection.....return to 7.8 stable...

to my device. I do not know what it is "gapps".
I do Wipe and then install from zip.
I choose the ROM and after a while

E: Error in /sdcard...zip
instalation aborted
(Status 7) "

hey guys, hey chas! good to see you again, although it is linked with a problem. since my wife got my n7000, it was running great (,still on asylum). until yesterday when she got the systemui FC... and now, no matter what I do, I still get it. even with the latest test build you posted, and even without the g+ app... I can setup the phone just fine every time but after about 10 to 15 minutes when I go through the settings, it just comes up. and since it happened at different moments, it doesn't seem to be linked to what I am doing since I am not customizing too much...
so... any ideas?
