To run this rom you need to use the zv4/6 modem.
KK Roms, zv4/6modem.
Lollipop Roms, zv8 modem

When I installed CM12.1 I flashed ZV8. When I just did a clean wipe for carbon and installed it seems to work fine for everything so far. Did it have the ZV4/6 modem built into it?

It may work fine. But if you have issues you'll need to flash the modems separately. CM/AOSP Roms usually don't have the modems.

Flashed this blast from the past over the weekend. Ran great, had fun with it. Flashed pacman to..... Its good to give yourself a dose of oldness sometimes
