got back home, done a clean install but now even though i am connected to my home wifi, i can open google playstore but for past 1 hour, nothing can be downloaded from the playstore. Screenshot attached

I can watch video on youtube so wifi is getting connected on my home wifi, will report whether wifi on office works or not

I am still on previous build(the one before the latest one). The WiFi works well. Tried connecting to the different wifi's. One of which is college wifi and others are hotspots created through laptops.
@amarjit_rsingh you sure you not restoring any system data which might be causing problems?
Or, maybe it could be the latest build too...

on the previous build i was not able to connect to the office wifi, i have uploaded the logs so that percy can check about the problem
@digiboy1, i have done clean install now i am installing all the apps (no restoring), will check whether the wifi bug is still there

currently on cm11.0-nightly-2-condor

Wifi connects on my home wifi and not on my office wifi, did a clean install and still same problem hence i can confirm the wifi bug is still present in cm
^ You keep complaining about your office wifi. Why don't you ask your sysadmin of office for help?
Wifi is working fine ....May be office,schools have secure/different network system which cm11 may b unable to connect or need configured ...

I think you should understand that the same office wifi and home wifi works well with stock rom but not with the CM11 hence this is the bug. As for complaning, if it was the case with Stock rom too then i would have asked the sysad of my office but this problem occurs only when i am on cm11, isn't that we should inform about the bug when we faced it

This s build of cm11 is just awesome.
I have been using nightly 2 from one day and very happy.
The bugs apart from already mentioned in op I faced:
The governer and minimum frequency of CPU doesn't get changed.
The screen doesn't gets on by pressing power button when something is kept on sensor or you put your finger on sensor.
Contacts problem(which is a cm bug)
Rest WiFi and theme chooser works great.

That's not a bug you can disable that in settings-display and lights

they all must be private networks... all public networks are based on different underlying architecture the authentication scheme is different for those networks thats why they are not able to connect... this not the problem with stock...
Even on private network for example my home wifi, it takes some time before it gets connected say about 2 to 5 minutes, before connecting it shows getting ip address, avoid due to poor network btw wifi in in the distane of around 5 feet

Yep, You are right. They All are private networks. I don't connect to any public network.Sorry.

added the code into build.prop but when i check for update it verifies and then again comes back to check now screen.
no update is downloaded.
