[ROM][4.4.4] Unofficial CyanogenMod 11.0 Nightlies , RC and SNAPSHOTS [STABLE]

Everything works well , flash opengapps pico and then clear cache , devalic cache and data . there is no problems with navigation home button.

I wiped everthing, flashed cm-11-20160213-UNOFFICIAL-condor, wiped cache + dalvik, flashed open_gapps-arm-4.4-pico-20160129, wiped dalvik + cache again and rebooted.

I couldn't pass setup! After selecting language (any language) it would crash, not allowing me to proceed. I rebooted again, same.

I flashed cm-11-20150202-UNOFFICIAL-condor again + open_gapps-arm-4.4-pico-20160129, setup everything, installed apps I like, then rebooted to recovery:

wiped cache + dalvik, flashed cm-11-20160213-UNOFFICIAL-condor, wiped cache + dalvik again, rebooted.
It works like a charm!

It looks like it is still a bit tricky for some of us to install this patched rom
I haven't tried to flash rom, reboot and then flash gapps. That could have worked, but I can't tell as I haven't tried

EDIT:
I tried and it works. Flash rom first and reboot. Then go to recovery again and flash gapps. No issues at all! I always clear dalvik after each flash, I don't know if necessary but it works

Could bypass the setup. Used delta gapps package. Steps for anyone doing so.
1. Let the setup crash.
2. Swipe from top to get notification tray.
3. -Crucial- Tap on time to open up the calendar.
4. Select yes for make it google and sign in.
5. Connect to wifi and d rest.
6. Go back to start. You won't be asked for language. You can change that later.
7. The normal setup will start.
8. Complete it and you are good to go.

Bugs/ Issues
No Xposed. Getting error that xposed isn't compatible for SDK Version 19 yet. Any solutions ??
Looking for a workaround, for now.

You don't have to flash Xposed zip on kitkat, just install apk and flash xposed from in-app mode

That's becouse cm11 was isn't official, maybe u can find alpha,shockgensMOD kernel if you dig up

Try CM11 M11 version it is lot stable than M12 and latest nightly.

And for custom kernel use phantom kernel with CM11 M11 everything works.

Everything is working perfect in M11 If you need kitkat you can use it.

I don't understand why you people cares about those security updates. In windows you are bound to get affected by malware even if you have updated your PCs to latest security updates.

If you are not careful with how you use your device then no amount of patch will save you.

Regarding device fixes everything is working in that ROM.

Very glad some one understands reality! I have just stock cm - no playstore just whatsapp.apk direct download from whatsapp.com. Works brilliant - NO to any apk. This one will run for 3 days without charging

I need google play games that is why i flash gpps else i wouldn't install those crap.

Well stock KitKat was most rock stable ROM till now (Actually all of the stock roms are rock stable).
Sometimes there are bugs from the developers' end which causes issues not the users'.
That's the reason security patches exist.

Security Patch ≠ some antivirus thing

Don't use furnace kernel if you want custom kernel use phantom everything is working fine.

Since your power button not working just enable vol wake in setting ->buttons->wake with vol (don't exactly remember)
