Hey guys I noticed that the screen wasn't rotating and the brightness wasn't changing. So I ran a few tests and ended with this result. Check out the screenshot. Crazy stuff, huh? I'm going to reflash and wipe again if forced to. Just wanted to give a heads up.

Wiped dalvik, cache, reflashed ROM and gapps and golden.

I had the gpad on the charger for 5 hours, it went up 50% but that seems to be the ongoing trend between 4.4 ROMs on tablets. The concern is that the top back of the tablet was very hot. Anyone else have that?

This happened to me with the original stock LG ROM first time. I went to bed, putted my tablet to wall charger and morning battery was on 50%. Reboot and plugging it to wall charger again helped and battery was charged to 100%.
Now with custom 4.4 ROM I never noticed such behavior again...

First of all thanks for this ROM!

I have a question regarding the stock applications installed by LG such as "Quick Remote" and "Q Slide". Is it possible to get those working after using for ex. Mahdi-Rom ?

wierdly enough did you reboot? most of the oddities at first boot are usually cleared with a reboot

I thought auto sleep/wake was only with lg stock ROM? I don't think I ever seen this feature work on a asop or kang ROM. I could be wrong.

no it works on other roms as well. My nexus 7 sleeps fine with the same case when i touch it to screen

Thanks for the confirmation.
As for the Rom im loving it over stock but if I could just figure out whats causing my battery drain I would be in heaven.
Greenify is king, put to sleep all apps you don't want notifications from and watch the difference

There are apps for this but they are hit or miss. On the play store search for proximity screen, it uses what sensors we have, but unfortunately it only sees tge lg light sensor. Our pads has a poor light sensor that doesn't capture the light properly unless directly.
There has been mods for other CM bases for the lg g2 though it doesn't work for the us.

Hey,

I did this to fix the sensors, and all seems to have worked, but for the proximity sensor. It still shows that there is none available. I am wondering if that is why the cover is not working. I also am trying to use Gravity Screen and it won't work because there is technically no sensor. Anyone find a way to fix this?

Maybe IntelliCover 2.0 from market works? There's also a light sensor in it. If it's not too sensitive maybe you can make it turn off by complete darkness (and not just in a dark room). :p
