I think it's due to the last upgrade of Titanium.
Nope. Omni has no root ATM, the work to provide it is ongoing.

One has to flash the latest SuperSU after each Omni install or upgrade for now.

Alternative workaround, but just for upgrades, is to add su to addon.d backup .sh script as described here by Entropy.

Is not the first device which got it, there were so much more , but maybe the first one released under Omni 4.4 . I got KitKat on Note working since some days, just @XpLoDWilD wanted it to be a little more stable and to fix some little issues , btw still so much things must be fixed, and one of them is audio, it has a little changes comparing with old Android versions.

After boot, the touchscreen doesn't work for me.
I can't use ADB Sideload and TWRP doesn't recognize my internel & external SD Card.
So, I guess, I've to use Odin. Can someone tell me maybe what file I've to flash with odin to get CWM running?

It's not a long thread. Just read last couple of pages and you will find how to get the UMS partition mounted in recovery.

Be patient. It took me around 20min and some reboots to finish the "change language" dialogue.
Then, if finished, download Root Explorer from the store and put those two files in
/preload / TWRP

Be quick!
Then, reboot in TWRP recovery and flash either SuperSU from the TWRP directory within preload partitions in order to get root and play with kitkat or flash the kernel and reboot into CWM recovery of raw Kernel r3p2.

Then restore nandroid backup or flash your previous Rom.
No need for Odin or a PC, all can be done on your phone.

Last but not least. Why don't you read those 50 posts?
Here is a solution for mounting Sd card via terminal in TWRP

flashed this morning and yeah no extsd, APN, and audio for media.
Oh yeah, i wanna report that brightness control and proximity sensor isn't working
But, overall this is smooth & stable experimental build, thanks xplodwild, herna, geeckodev!
Maybe an APN+Audio fix will be great:D

Nearly same here as AA said. I pushed a RAW Kernel to TWRP folder with an USB-OTG Dongle and USB-Stick.
Flashed Kernel then Rebooted recovery and restored my Nandroid.

Thanks to AA
