I cant make calls out or get them in either, I dont understand the instructions... "When the phone starts dialing to activate click the hang up button, then skip, skip, as you do not have to activate. Are you not able to make or receive calls" What is skip and is this a one time thing or on every call?

That is a common procedure for Kitkat. When the phone starts dialing to activate click the hang up button, then skip, skip, as you do not have to activate. Are you not able to make or receive calls, or does it just try to activate when you first boot up after flash?

Yes, this procedure does not effect whether you can make calls or not. If you can't make calls that would be another issue. As far as skip, on every kitkat rom that I've flashed, I would get the activate request, but since your phone is already activated, you just need to skip through the activation process.

OK, Im half fixed. I can make calls but my phone doesnt get calls. Just rings then goes to VM.

Any ideas?

great rom, nice and lightweight got almost 1.5 gigs of free ram

one thing, is there a way to activate notifications on the lock scree and emails? seems only getting them through the notification bar(hangouts only). and i see a option for themes, is there a way to get more? used the update system for 2.2 thru system update and also was wondering what custom recovey is recommended
than in advance

You have to use a custom lockscreen for those kindo of notifs. Themes are in the play store. Custom revovery recommendation is CWM

Wanted to give this a try, just not sure where to get the latest version. The jflte directory is empty, I can only find depreciated builds in the jfltespr directory. Are these the most current?
