Just flashed the 6-20 release of this rom and wanted to say thanks to all involved in developing it. I haven't been on it for long but am already falling in love with it. Keep up the good work ?

Well, I am back and decided to give this rom another go as my first time couple of month ago showed a lot of problems (no wifi and slow as snails). I installed mk44.4-Moto_mem8960-201406240740-Nightlly. I love this one! Smooth, fast and wifi works.

But I had spent most of yesterday trying to install it. I had originally download the kitkat 4.4.2 update from Verizon. My device is Bootunlocked and rooted. I then tried to install Mokee. I tried both CWM and TWRP and just kept getting boots loops (on the unlocked warning in red). After trying about 5 hours or so, I finally decided that maybe I should start with VZ os 4.1.2.

I followed the correct download (from kit kat 442 to JB 412) proceedures in the help section on this razrm site. Success. Then I rooted it (Towel root), installed supersu, installed flashify, copied CWM 6044 (the only one that would work for me) to my device, copied both the Mokee rom and Gapps to my device
.
I then ran towel root, then "flashified" CWM 6044 to my device.

After the above was done, I followed the procedure in the first post of this thread. Dang! worked like a charm!

The only test I ran was "Quadrant" where Mokee ran at 4900 while my previous stock KitKat (rooted) ran 8200! But those are only numbers as the real world feel is identical.
I like this rom and the kool Mokee boot up animation. Thank you for this rom as it has finally arrived as an awesome rom.

Here is something more interesting I found with the Mokee rom. I posted this under the help threads.

http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1967189&page=16
Doesn't work unless your on the ics radio and dfs works then anyway. Just tried on the jb radio it's no good. On that note. A request for the devs of this great rom. will this be updating to the new kk kernel+bootloader like the other cm11 aosp based roms? I use my razr m on page plus and the latest kernel and bootloader broke compatibility with the ics radio. If this is also updated to the kk kernel + bootloader could you please look into a way of keeping it compatible with the ics radio as it is now?

if anyone wants to try it i might have found a workaround for the screen dimmer bug. using sqlite editor (paid app sorry) go into settings Storage - Settings.db - system and the 11th item is dim_screen change the value from 1 to 0 and reboot.

I got excited at first, as the first few times it appeared to be working. However, the last attempt the screen came back on dim. Damn! :crying:

    Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.

A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...:)

Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed! :)

Bump? I'm still interested in this rom if it's still going to continue into 5.0 I know it has been released to other devices on 5.0 so the source is there

Other devices? I have already tried their beta. You can find it somewhere on this thread. http://xdaforums.com/atrix-hd/general/lollipop-5-0-1-jbbl-ahd-mb886-t2984530

Thanks, at the time I wrote that post there was 5.0 cm12 for kkbl msm8960 and mokee 5.0 for other devices (non msm8960 related)

Yes, the device will receive MoKee lollipop once the CM device tree is ready and MoKee is done migrating, already a lot of unofficial MoKee builds for the time being

Does it come with the basic AOSP Bugs ?
No SIM Phone Book access, Camera Glitch, Can't move Files from internal to external, etc etc ?

Lol...sim phone book isn't a bug, it's just something not supported by AOSP...bout the camera and files, can't tell because it's device specific...

Is anyone running this rom on our phone? Not much activity on this thread. The rom looks promising, but I'm getting a little burnt out on flashing half-baked roms lately. I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into these roms. Just looking for something that has a nice polished feel to it.

    I was try it.
    It`s pretty good!
I waiting lockscreen notifications and then I`ll try it again!

    Feb 20 nightly install results

It took a very long time to flash, and I enjoyed the new look and feel. With a small sample size, it was stable. An MMS problem that I was having on my Bliss Stalk Rom went away with this install. I had trouble with the stock music player and I went ahead and installed Rocket. I prob. should have cleared media storage and music data. Rocket would stop playing when the device went into sleep mode.

[UPDATE] Switched to Bliss Pop and so far, so good.
