I havent tried Slimkat for some months. I left Slimkat because Skype on this ROM wasnt able to make call.
Please can somebody report me if it is now working well?

Last time you tried slim, was it stock or sabermod?
i've herad sabermod might break skype sometimes.

It was probably sabermod. Now I have tried both stock and Sabermod, on Sabermod Skype wasn't able to make call, on stock Skype works well.
But I am feeling lower speed a little against sabermod.

Random soft reboot is just that - random. Has it happened more than once. I'm all good on my end with red kernel.

I test with beta 5.0 build 434 Gapps (http://slimroms.net/index.php/downl...7293-slim-mini-gapps-beta-5-0-x-build-0-x-434) and I couldn't login into my Google account....

BTW, are flashing lollipop gapps on a KK ROM? Of course it won't work. Flash KK falls.

I'm still running 4.2.2 base but wanna upgrade to kk bootloader 4.4.2 in order to to run redkernel v013. this is doable now right? else how do so many use redkernel with this rom? just afraid to try to run it again w/ 4.4.2; last time i did, ran into all kinds of issues, but hoping 4.4.2 is OK by now, like it is with CM12 and others... just that I don't wanna do a clean flash so stick w/ Slim, too time consuming haha!
