This is an unofficial build of Dirty Unicorns for the HTC Droid DNA. I will be maintaining this as often as I can and will do my best to keep it up to date with the official release.

Dirty Unicorns (DU) is a custom ROM originally based off AOKP, but now based from OmniROM. DU brings you a great mix of stability and customization. The idea to start a ROM like this was purely out of boredom, but later turned into a form of an addiction, a good one. We began to have fun while still doing things the right way. By doing so, we received high praise from not only our users but by fellow developers of other ROMs that enjoy seeing things done the right way. This ROM will always be free of charge without any strings attached or any of it's developers luring you into donating or any form of "pay to flash".

"Give credit and thanks where is due!" That's something that has fuel the way we do things! With that said, we would like to go ahead and credit those individuals and groups that have made this ROM possible with their original code and contributions to the Android community.....

Instructions:

This ROM, like any other Kit Kat ROM, needs to be flashed using either the latest CWM, the updated TWRP, or MultiROM.

Thanks for your cont support to the dna ... this looks good , will be flashing soon ... just wondering I see that it has active notifications, is it just center screen or the pull out tabs also ? but none the less guess I will find out soon just wondering .. thanks again ... :good:

I must have gotten a bad download cause it failed to flash, redownloading.

edit* I redownloaded from a diff miror and keeps failing, I have the new twrp 2,7 beta but Im coming from beanstalk so that shouldnt be the prob.
the error is "E: error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard error flashing zip '/sdcard/du_dlx_20140212-231"

Have you guys updated to the modded twrp in the op? that worked for me on other roms when I got errors flashing.
I dunno about to falshh and see

Sorry you guys are getting that error, makes absolutely no sense. Especially considering that's the twrp version included in the rom sources. But yeah, it's working for me in multirom.

I tried flashing in TWRP 2.7 beta and CWM 6.0.4.6 both fail. Cwm says formatting /system
Script aborted error in (zip location)

I re-uploaded, can someone try the link in the OP again and let me know if it works? I'm kind of in a rush right now so I can't test at the moment.

Also, if it still doesn't work, there should be a little more information right before it says "error executing updater binary" so if you guys are able to post that it would be helpful.

Still no go ... error is as follows

Alright, I'm working on it. Somehow the updater binary is corrupted. I replaced the updater-binary with the one from Team Gummy and it flashed fine. I don't know how to actually fix that though.

Okay, the new link should flash fine for everyone. I just replaced the updater-binary as a workaround until I figure out the root of the problem.

really like this rom so far .. the only thing I cant seem to find or figure out is there anyway to change to hardware key to long press recent app button to show menu ????
