Currently only Che1-L04_VA users are able to use because of incomplete kernel source

• Enable voice recording
• Decrease lcd backlight limit to 5
• Update adreno driver from tomato (LNX.LA.3.7.3.c2-00600-8939.0)

asdcxz1 has already given the build.prop and /proc/app_info. Hope that you will make your roms (cyanogenmod and mokee) available for Indian Edition of honor 4x Che1-L04. Thanks.
