It will work in your device. Don't bother about build number, as Che1-L04 is having only one model available in India now.

Try to download from UC browser. In my case the download was not working from chrome, but UC downloaded it with out any problem.

Yes. I tried and it is working smoothly. No noticeable bugs. You take a backup from twrp and flash this CM11. Don't forget to flash the boot.img also for Indian edition . Then everything will work.

Okay thanks, but not receive my bootloader unlock code right now. So what about USB otg is it possible to enable? after you flash this rom and dual sim function or not

First you get the bootloader unlock code and then unlock the phone. Flash TWRP and Superuser as explained in the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/huawei-honor-4x-inidan-edition-che1-l04-t3099308
(Thanks to Aveekbhat). Once the phone is rooted, do a nandroid backup from TWRP. Once you get working TWRP and nandroid backup, your device is 100 % safe . Now flash the CM11 by dianlujitao, downloaded from the beginning of this thread. Also flash the boot.img (as boot) . Everything is working fine, including dual sims. call quality is good and battery backup is excellent.. USB OTG is expected to work. i have not yet tested the USB OTG, however it is shown in storages. (see the attached image).

How did you guys manage to verify the baidu account?, its asking for authentication SMS and I'm not receiving on my mobile.

Can you guys do the favor and upload all 3 files to some-other cloud service?

It will help everyone.

I've managed to get in to baidu account and I'm downloading it now..phewww..thoush the speed is very slow and I'll upload it at somewhere else with author's permission. :)
