I tried flashing the latest build. The flash was successful, but the device is stuck at the boot up logo. I knew first boot takes time, but i have waited around for maybe 30 mins. It doesn;t take that long, does it?? I followed the instructions to the point. I even tried flashing after flashing cache, dalvik, system, data instead of factory reset. Same result. I cant understand if I'm doing something wrong.

Try flashing CM11 and then flash this ROM. Worked for me.

there has been lot of instance that even though you correctly flash the rom it won't boot up. this happened to me too. Only thing you can do is flash an older build and then update to the latest one
