The nameless thread over on the 7105 forum is a lot more active. Same build, so I would head over there too and check in over there.Cricket... Cricket... Cricket...![]()
Greetings, is there a command to disable in-call proximity via terminal.New test build:
https://mega.co.nz/#!wcsBBS5S!kFajQVRPdbB2cXpB7H0Hl46KoDl7SA7eG82p-_KVvD4
*improved active display:
acceleration sensor also used to turn on screen (little bit too sensitive)
acceleration sensor turns of if proximity is covered to avoid turning screen on in pocket and to save little power
both sensors turn off if screen already on.
What do you mean by this?Greetings, is there a command to disable in-call proximity via terminal.
My phone is damaged where the sensor is. I used xposed on kitkat to disable proximity all together, and would just turn it off and on when I needed it during a call. I wanted to know if a some command via terminal would disable it, instead of going through framework or Playstore. What do you mean by this?
+1Is 3G fixed in this? With all other Roms 3G goes up and down continuously
I'm only using h+ 3g because at work the lte reception is so low that it doesnt fully connect. I can use the internet at work when I turn off lte tho. I added the quick toggle for lte, to the pull down. Even tho the tile image is jacked up, pressing the tile on and off does turn off lte for me. Its very convenient for me to be able to turn off lte using the tile. I'm on at&t and 3g, and lte both connect. I usually only ever turn on lte on the weekends when im home. I don't think there is a bug with lte/3g. Maybe check your apns, and delete all the apn not in use.+1
So I take it that this is a know bug for 5.0? I cannot get 3G to connect at all. LTE works though...
You sure thats not the ok google hotword bug? Basically when you go somewhere on your phone (like launcher or google search app) where ok google hotword detection is on, it causes audio to stop playing out of the headphone jack until you go back into the application, but as soon as you leave it, or lock the phone, the audio stops, even though the application playing the audio thinks its still playing. One quick workaround, is to unplug your headphones, start audio playing, then plug headphones in while its playing. Other than that, turn off hotword detection in your launcher and in the google search app.I do have a headphone jack bug. I cant get audio to play out the jack more than once per restart. The music stops coming out the jack all together after an unplug and replug, I then have to restart the phone to get it to play out the jack again
Definitely a good idea. That method has been working on other roms. I'm using the latest rom here, the one with the experimental wifi fix. I'm using nova launcher; the ok Google hotword detection is disabled there. It says app google search isn't installed. I had previously used titanium backup to remove it. I'm using PlayerPro for the music player. One quick workaround, is to unplug your headphones, start audio playing, then plug headphones in while its playing.
