Well tested this rom a little, but at start it started optimizing apps (even tho i came from clean install), at around 80 it rebooted and got stuck after the bootlogo.. Forced reset and it continued with optimizing the last few apps.
After that it all worked as expected, found no major problems, expect that EVERY boot took ages to boot up and my phone always got really hot during that.

Thnx I'll post the fixed zip l8r today.... ?

Edit: just did my research and have come to conclusion that we might not be able to do that because:

our problem is not filecontext stopping qcks to read partition, HTC Droid DNA is using mdm and have the same radio as m7 just different partition where as one mini uses the older radio which requires rmt_storage to do that all. Since rmt_storage is prevented by selinux and making selinux permissive makes reboot the phone, this fix will not work for us :(

This is my opinion though, if u guys wanna try go on ;)

now the Android 5 update is available for Desire 816 (MSM8928) boot.img
noob question: can it help to fix RIL for M4?
