Thanks!! I've DL'd the GREAT work by @xpirt. I'm using Nova as my primary launcher, but set up the app "Home Launcher" as a quick gesture from Nova to launch the "Sense Home", which is made up of 1 home screen for BlinkFeed. When I got the home button, I return to Nova. SHA-WEET!!

I've got BlinkFeed and Nova on CM12 and LOVIN' my new HTC One Max!!!

How is the random reboot in the latest built ?

CM has always had navigation bar support. It is just disabled for devices that have physical/capacitive buttons. If you want to enable the navigation bar on this devices all you have do is edit the build.prop file and add this at the bottom "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0" without the quotes of-course.

Don't know why but that doesn't work on my One Max international. I use Slimkat instead, which has nav bar customization options.
Will CM12 get customization options for the navigation bar as well?

Can not detect Sim card on T6_UHL

Thanks for your great work, first.
I got a T6_uhl from China which i think is similar to the International variants(T6_ul),so i downloaded the GSM version of CM12 and flashed it into my Max. Everything seems to work fine except that sim card can't be detected. When i type *#06# in dialer, the IMEI is missing.
Any solution to this problem?
My device has been s-off and unlocked bootloader.

You did make a backup of your stock before flashing cm12? I would need a copy of your original build.prop on sense rom. Usually when IMEI is missing. You need to flash to stock and stock recovery and factory reset inside of HBOOT.

Hay Mr. Flyhalf will the One Max ever get Stock Android 5.0 i'm still on stock 4.2.2 waiting My brand New Sony Xperia Z Ultra will be getting ota 5.0 in 2 weeks and that phone came out in 2013 :crying::crying::crying:

Your carrier? Is it GSM or CDMA? I see CDMA lines in that build prop. Looks like you could possibly run this but your missing a few prop lines on your build.prop in CM

My carrier is China Mobile which support GMS (and TD-SCDMA for 3g and TD-FDD for 4g which are only in China ) BUT NOT CDMA , hope you know that.
As my device model is T6_UHL which i guess U stands for WCDMA, H stands for HSUPA and L stands for LTE. so there should be no problem that i use GSM on my device.

Charging

Any way to fix the slow charge. I don't see any kernels for the max to use to let us enable fast charge in trickster mod. Loving smooth LP with sense 7 ported... But charging is just unbearable

My problem is with the camera, while 70% works well, but even doing nightlies continuously updates the camera gets stuck and the phone reboots.

After the restart, try to take a picture and gets stuck again, maybe someone knows snuck can solve the problem

I have the same problem as you. I doesnt bother me as i rarely take picture. Just hoping dev can fix this.

Check if your HDR is turned on..HDR causes the CM12 camera to force close..turn it off and you will be good to go..

First time flashing CyanogenMod 12.0 your device?
Coming from a SENSE ROM?

1. Enable all location services: Settings > Location > (all location services) = On

Coming from another ROM?

1. Download the zip(s).
2. Install a compatible Recovery
3. Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
4. Wipe data & cache partitions of your device (required when coming from stock!).
5. Flash CyanogenMod.
6. Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.

Doesn't work:
Wi-Fi signal isn't as strong as Sense rom but has become more stable than early builds
