Make a nandroid and try flash ,dirty or wiped.
Using as daily since it came out and same as 5.0 but better.

Installation Instructions

1. You must unlock your bootloader via htcdev.com (unless ofc you are on the dev edition).
2. You must have a custom recovery installed
3. Go to http://get.cm/?device=a5 and download the latest CM12.0 nightly.
4. Locate 5.0 Gapps via a quick Google search.
5. Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM12.0 already.
6. Reboot into recovery and install.

having trouble flashing
every time i error out and the installation is aborted.
it tells me that i have the wrong package. tells me that i have a htc_a5dug and that is a single sim, this is a supported variant so i do not understand the error. I followed the instructions and have wiped phone from recovery, i also wiped both caches.
if i am missing something please let me know as i am excited to have L on my phone.

i can't , i have moved apps to the SDcard using mount2sd , so if i did that i will have to start installing them and moving them again, and they are 10gb

have not find new build of cm 12.1 for a while !!

I have not find new build of cm12..1 from 03/31 . I feel like cm12.1 than cm12 . The major reason is watching video .
When I use 10minnews app to watch English video , the cm12 freeze screen sometimes but the cm12.1 is very smooth !!
So I hope keep update cm12.1 . I really like it . Thanks !!

After flashing , Sim card cant be detected, and in setting it shows baseband unknown
why is that ?
My device model is A5_DWGL

I changed recovery to TWRP and was able to flash rom and gapps but now i have no sim detection. I have rebooted and switched in and out of airplane mode. Any ideas?

besides that i havent noticed much else yet.

I updated and am still having Sim problems. Should I do a compete wipe. System and cache is that necessary since coming from previous.

On a fresh wipe nothing has seemed to change as far as sim or data issues.

Same for me i tried a dirty flash and a complete wipe and the Sim problem still occurs
