I'm on cm-12-20150530-NIGHTLY-a5.zip with Virgin model.

Some times while receiving voice call MIC is not working, though I can hear the voice of other person. Any body facing the same issue? any work around for this?

In several versions I've used, there has been a phone call issue, and going to speaker mode and back resolved this.

However this is generally the fix for the digitized sound in a call, but it may work here as well. :)

Thanks Allan,

Can you tell me which build is working perfectly with Voice calls? I'm totally depended on voice calls, and its really a headache for me. If you can tell me on which build it works perfectly i will install that. Thanks in advance.

Alright I'm on the Virgin Mobile USA version (710c or a5_dug I believe) and on the 0530 nightly here are the bugs I've seen so far:
1. GPS doesn't lock in Google Maps **FIXED by doing the stock ROM aGPS fix
2. Can't put phone on Silent mode using the volume buttons **Only able to silence by Priority or None setting under the Volume slider
3. Says "No SIM" but signal still works so that's just an aesthetic issue I suppose
4. Stock Messaging app is useless; Textra is recommended
5. Battery percentage does not update accurately (unless my battery will actually last about 2 days o_O)

I used TWRP 2.8.6.0, gapps-lp-20141212, and the Universal_vmu_ApnFix-v.R2.
This post is meant for whoever is on the VM USA version and wanted to know the current bugs for it. :)

For some reason the Music player has stopped working. I tried force closing and and clearing everything but the problem still persists for some reason. It used to work. I don't know what happened.

You could try booting into bootloader to get more information on what phone version you have. It's possible the download maybe didn't finish. I use CWM and it works fine for me and your phone seems fine.
It's possible that your phone reading as HTC_a5dug is being identified differently than a5dug. computers can be OCD like that.
It looks like you never wiped your cache. Even though it's am update, that is all a necessary step.

i had the same problem a few times, and it was related to Phone ringtone. If it stays on default (Orion) everything functions well, but when u change it it messes up audio and mic in call. One soultion is to leave it on default ringtone, and other is to pick what ringtone u want to use, find it in /system/media/audio/ringtones and hange its name to Orion.ogg and overwrite the original Orion.ogg. Your file manager needs to have root access for this i believe.

EDIT: Anyone is using Grarak's latest 12.1 build as a daily driver? Any critical bugs? I'm on a5_ul

I had been using it for about 3 months. It's nice but also has some bugs. Seems like the general ones like disconnecting from LTE often, and will lag a little once in a while. Now, I had been basically using one of the first versions of it. You cannot set a profile picture because they come up as "does not exist" and the camera ? lags a lot too. When I flashed the May 5th update, the touch screen becomes very laggy and it makes it hard to use. Now, I'm back on CM12.

How curious. I've been using CM 12 and currently on unofficial 12.1 for awhile now on a5_chl VM just like you. GPS and adjusting volume with the side buttons work for me.

Just to make sure, are you aware they changed how you would put your phone into silent mode in Lollipop? Press the volume buttons (up or down) and you'll see three tabs under the volume slider. Select "none" and the phone will be in silent mode. GPS has been working as far as I'm concerned. Did you select high accuracy mode to help improve various services tracking you? I've been going up roughly 60 miles back and forth in California and Google Maps does just fine.

ah.. actually, I found I just had to do the GPS fix where you flash the stock ROM then use GPS Status to download aGPS then flash any custom ROM. GPS is now fixed for me.
As for the volume issue, oh I see. Well.. I just wish you could go to silent mode by just hitting the volume down button all the way... odd they made it that way.

Lollipop changed the silent mode to something completely different now. With the "priority settings" in the volumes you can turn off all notifications. So, for at least lollipop, you cannot turn on silent mode with the volume keys. As for GPS, it works fine for me (thank god). I've had to drive to places like my college and people's houses near the college and I live an hour's drive south from there so I had to rely solely, on the GPS. I'm happy to say I haven't driven off a cliff or into a lake (yet). It does bother me though when the maps app automatically "force closes" right after reaching my destination. It worries me lol. It will say "unfortunately Google maps stopped working" or something like that. This is partly why I switched to the more stable CM 12 rom cause I was hoping for more stability; in particularly, for data connection which randomly disconnects.

I was on CM12 and because of the mic issue i flashed stock kitkat. Now after changing the default ringtone I'm facing the mic issues again. Forgot what the default ringtone is, can anybody tell me what is the default ringtone for kitkat stock?

Foldermount

Hi guys,
I've gone from stock to CM12 to try to use foldermount to store more games on the SD Card.
Has anyone managed to get it working?
I install folder mount, give it root permission, select the folder and it says its moving the files.
Then when I go in, the old files are still visible and if I delete the folder on the internal SD card, the games redownload the files again..so I am guessing its moving the file, but not repointing correctly.
Any hints?
