Not trying to talk ****, as I did post the proper way to flash the ROM, but I followed the G+ post instructions and I have had zero issues. I miss double tap to sleep, but I'll get over it.
READ ALL THE THINGS BEFORE FLASHING.
Seriously, if you can't look first before modifying your device, then you should not be modifying it at all.

Give me one good reason you didn't get the OP edited when you knew this was an issue? Should I spoonfeed you all the reasons you should have? Get off your pedestal.
I don't blame you mate, xda is not what it used to be. Will follow you guys and hope to see further development of this awesome ROM.I have submitted a request to have this thread shut down and deleted. We don't need it, because reasons.
Having massive network drops whenever i switch on Wifi. Tried with both AK and Franco Kernel.
Any suggestions?
Additionally, what if I wanna go back to stock Kitkat? Can I just flash the Nandroid backup via TWRP or do I gotta flash the stock ROM first?
Try below.
1. Clean flash the latest CM12 nightly. There were some baseband updates on 9th Feb (I guess).
2. After point No. 1, clean flash PA and run it on stock kernel and see.
3. You should not face any issues.
If you still see issues, report on the bug tracker thread and search how you can restore KK ROM back. You can't jus restore a Nandriod. You will need CM11S firmware.

After falling in love with PA on my Nexus 5, I'm glad its already available for the OPO. I was notified about winning an invite earlier today and I can't wait to get my hands on it.
As far as the actual rom itself, is the build stable on the OPO as it is on the Nexus 5 or will it still take some work?
Latest version is usually the bestIs it better to flash the 4.44 version or 4.45 ? I couldn't find the changelog on the Google plus page ? @SferaDev
