*Now that the usual has been said, let’s have some fun.*

Description:
This is my first attempt at a ROM, and it’s a hybrid with KitKat 4.4.2 and a little bit of Lollipop 5.0. This ROM is heavily debloated, and gets pretty decent battery life if I may say so myself. I made this ROM more so to my liking and what I use, so what I don’t need/use I removed.

Added to the thread has been Demon Dust 2.x which is 5.0.2 Sense 6 for Sprint, I am hoping to have something released for VZW and Int sometime soon.

Installation:
Recovery: Use TWRP thanks to @Ƒłƴнαłƒ205. Acceptable TWRP versions for 4.4.2 that I have tested 2.8.0.1, 2.8.1.0, 2.83.0, 2.8.4.0, 2.8.5.0, 2.8.6.0 and 2.8.7.0
Acceptable TWRP versions for 5.0.2 is 2.8.7.0 or higher.
Download ROM
Check MD5
Place ROM in internal memory
Boot into recovery
Do a Swipe to Factory Reset
Install ROM
Reboot

Possibly. I am waiting to see the results of this first to see if any issues arrive. If this goes well, VZW will probably be next on the list.

Everything works well... Great for those that like a mostly de-Sense fell while keeping the Sense: Phone, Camera/Gallery, lock screen, and Settings Menu. And for a more Vanilla feel.. you could use the option in Xtended Settings to use AOSP lock screen. Nice job.

Thanks for posting back, glad everything is functioning properly. It is kind of the best of both worlds if you cant decide between AOSP and Sense. Also, battery life seems to get better after the ROM settles in and a reboot or two.

Yes. Depending on what they are, either from the PlayStore or I can link them to you.
Edit: The only one that has not worked for me properly which is why it is not there, is WIFI Calling...I am looking for a fix though.

A link to the remove app would be great , Some of the sense app that you remove i would love to install back, but i really like how you slim down this rom

Thanks for the compliments, the ROM seems to be a success from the feedback I have gotten so far. I want the ROM as small as possible, so basically I remove anything I do not use.
What apps are you looking for exactly?

just a few not so much of a must but kinda like them , HTC Music and Widget PolariOffice and HTC Weather widgets
