OP states v1.0.3 is pre-rooted. V1.0.4 will have busybox pre-installed as well if that answers your question.can someone please tell me if theres root on this rom as yet. is the rom version 1.0.3 pre-rooted or what?![]()
OP's 1st post is pretty self-explanatory.can someone please tell me if theres root on this rom as yet. is the rom version 1.0.3 pre-rooted or what?![]()
If every time when someone ask a noob question because he didn't read first, and 3 people react on It, will not help to keep the treat clean.
When I'm looking for info in a thread, be it inquiries of root, init.d scripts, reported bugs, I usually skim through the comments, because I know my questions have been asked before, so it's not hurtful in recruiting more followers for the software. [emoji14] But yes, I agree. People should read before posting questions. If every time when someone ask a noob question because he didn't read first, and 3 people react on It, will not help to keep the treat clean.
Mine seemed to "get" rooted just fine when I installed SuperSu on it... lucky fluke?? Anyway my 1.0.3 install is definitely rooted now.can someone please tell me if theres root on this rom as yet. is the rom version 1.0.3 pre-rooted or what?![]()
v1.0.4 is live via the AFH download link in the OP post...The changelog can also be found in the OP post....Also I am hoping to change the status from BETA to RC for the next build so if you find any issues (both big or minor)....please report in the Bug Reports tab. DO NOT report in the thread discussion because your bug report will be IGNORED!\
Hope you ENJOY

OP
I see the planned changed for 1.0.5 is to replace the moto sounds with the nexus 6. For v 1.0.2 you - Added back the stock Moto G ringtones (but still kept the Nexus 6 ringtones) because some people asked for moto sounds back. So does this mean you will be removing them again?

5Anyone else having the problem below? I've done an advance wipe of Dalvik Cache/Data/Internal Storage/cache/system, but still get the error.
Code:format system mount system assert failed: mount ("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system", "/system") E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard1/TitanPrimeROMv1.0.4-XT1063-64.zip' Error flashing zip '/sdcard1/TitanPrimeROMv1.0.4-XT1063-64.zip Updating partition details... .. done
No problems at all, in fact this time it took less time to complete (noticeable quicker) than previous updates.
Off topic: Wondering why when using the phone plugged to a wall charger the touch panel (screen) acts weird, kinda lack of responsiveness.
To the OP.
I see no one is saying it, so I will, and please do not take it in the wrong way because my intention it is just to give my opinion.
I just tried the 1.2 version, and I would like to give my take on it:
- I personally don't care about the CM apps, so I just delete them from the ZIP file, no issues there.
- On the changelog you mention different additions, which are not present: Clear All button on Recents (solved using Gravity Box), Theme Engine, AudioFX (which I delete because it never makes any difference and there is Audio Effects already), Dev-Tools, CM12 SIM Toolkit, PA Gapps support (which was the feature I was actually waiting for), SuperSU is not on the Settings Menu and not even the newest version.
The point being is this is happening with every release.
I know your work is free and on your free time (I sent a donation weeks ago, just in case), but it is necessary to pay more attention to details because a lot of people use your ROM (1000+), and even though it is up to the choice of every user to flash your ROM, as of now it is kinda the only option because of stability and RAM management unless it is Stock.
You have a lot going on, many ROMs to maintain, but none of them are coming up the way you promise they are going to be.
My recommendation, leave projects out, at least for the time being, or at least until Android 5.1 is released and we finally are able to use AOSP or CM12 based ROMs, only then it would make sense to try those, because again, only stock based ROMs are the only ones usable at the moment.
I'm not being ungrateful, actually because I care I write this.
Thank you.
No news, shawn? Any roms
