@noobs (with compete kindness)....NOW'S YOUR TIME TO SHINE....SINCE THIS THREAD IS CLOSING ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE.....FILL THIS THREAD WITH JUNK......HAVE ANY INSTALLATION, ROOTING, XPOSED, MODDING, ETC. QUESTIONS ASK AWAY....JUST DON'T ASK ANY UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS IN THE NEW THREAD!
After taking out all the apps I don't need, and even installing Xposed, this version is definitely smoother. Nova does not choke scrolling pages anymore.
There is a brand new major update being uploaded at the moment on the new thread. This thread is no longer going to be maintained and will probably be closed
And I the same. It works, plus I don't want to wade through what I know that other thread will become. It's already starting to fill up with "kiddy litter" and it's not much over an hour old. (Excuse my play on words)

I installed the latest version and my device didnt start again.
i will format all n try again.
i did a dirty flash...Did you dirty flash or do a clean install? For the 1.2 update you need to do a clean flash.
i did a dirty flash...
anyone have the link of update 1.2? bcoz its offline
Since I was using 1.0.6 for a long time now, I decided to flash the newest 1.2 to enjoy all the changes @Shawn5162 has done to the rom. What a tragedy for me
I downloaded the latest titan prime version and different versions of the gapps and copied all of them to my xt1063. Then I performed a clean install (wiping everything and flashing rom then gapps, then wiping caches again) using Philz Touch recovery. When the process was done, my phone booted after a while. But everytime it tried to boot the same message popped up saying "System UIDs inconsistent" and an "I'm feeling lucky" button at the end of the message. After I click the message then the com.google.process.gaps and some other processes start crashing without me doing nothing. I tried flashing many different versions of the Gapps with the rom (always perfoming the full clean install), and I even tried flashing the rom using TWRP and also tried doing the fix permissions setting (and then went back to Philz Touch) and I always end up with the same result: my phone goes only as far as the WiFi part of the initial setup and google processes and play services crashing non-stop.
Has anyone ever experienced what's happening to me right now? In case anyone knows how to fix it, I will be hugely grateful for any help on this Issue. :crying:
@Duck86 Thanks for replying so fast!Do you really need gapps? Play store is already on the ROM, you can install anything you need from there.
Try reflashing again without installing gapps, see how far you get.
@Duck86 Thanks for replying so fast!
I also tried just flashing the rom alone and still got the same results :/ . Thanks for the suggestion though. :good:
To the OP.
I see no one is saying it, so I will, and please do not take it in the wrong way because my intention it is just to give my opinion.
I just tried the 1.2 version, and I would like to give my take on it:
- I personally don't care about the CM apps, so I just delete them from the ZIP file, no issues there.
- On the changelog you mention different additions, which are not present: Clear All button on Recents (solved using Gravity Box), Theme Engine, AudioFX (which I delete because it never makes any difference and there is Audio Effects already), Dev-Tools, CM12 SIM Toolkit, PA Gapps support (which was the feature I was actually waiting for), SuperSU is not on the Settings Menu and not even the newest version.
The point being is this is happening with every release.
I know your work is free and on your free time (I sent a donation weeks ago, just in case), but it is necessary to pay more attention to details because a lot of people use your ROM (1000+), and even though it is up to the choice of every user to flash your ROM, as of now it is kinda the only option because of stability and RAM management unless it is Stock.
You have a lot going on, many ROMs to maintain, but none of them are coming up the way you promise they are going to be.
My recommendation, leave projects out, at least for the time being, or at least until Android 5.1 is released and we finally are able to use AOSP or CM12 based ROMs, only then it would make sense to try those, because again, only stock based ROMs are the only ones usable at the moment.
I'm not being ungrateful, actually because I care I write this.
Thank you.
