Installation

-Read everything carefully
-download Rom and Gapps
-boot into recovery
-perform a Fullwipe (you dont have to wipe your internal SD)
-flash Rom

(First boot will take very long because of ART so don´t worry!)

In installation it gave me a message in red E:Error executing updater binary in zip

Update...
ROM booted smoothly. This is very good, smooth, quick and..... You have a boot logo to go with it?
Perhaps I'll have to open the zip file on my computer and drag the boot logo to my SD card. Lol....

Nevermind... I'll just add a cool Cyanogen boot logo.

CWM Philz Touch works...

It is confirmed that CWM 6.0.4.7 (Philz) works with this ROM.

Want a quicker reboot after flashing?
Do this IMMEDIATELY after flashing:
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe Dalvik (in Advanced)

Then reboot.
My reboot took only 2 mins after flashing.

I can't get a decent RAM management for ANY CM12 ROM though it solve my problem and thanks for some handy preinstalled apps like TB, Viper4AndroidFX

But cant get the GSM network connectivity.

Try turning off data, and then turn it back on. That worked for me.
If that doesn't work, then do a soft reboot.

I only have 37 apps, and I'm experiencing quicker battery drain than some other ROMs.

I have to try Shaun's latest Titan prime v 1.03 and this rom too.. I'll update my post tomorrow to tell which one is faster with all the gapps and normal applications installed n stuff
