Hey m not getting wifi and mobile network shortcut on status bar...and i dont even get notifications of things tht are downloading unless it gets downloaded completely.for eg if i download an app from playstore it wont show in status bar until it get installed....and i dont have options to lock my hotspot...
Plz help...

Sorry guys I sold my note 3 and got a nexus 6 so I'm not quite doing a good keeping up with what's going on with the device anymore.
As far as the notifications go... Go into ROM control app and enable "ongoing notifications" to see your notifications appear while its happening.

Also when I get time this week I will update the OP with the new version if the rom

that's awesome. wondering, what's actually new in 7.3 from 7.2. Been running 7.2 for couple of days. Hardly any issue. Is it really worth flashing.. can i dirty flash ?

I think it's worth the flash... although the dark theme does not work with 7.3.
But no, it needs to be a clean flash... just backup your data in safestrap, then clean flash the new version, then restore your data, if you want to keep all your apps.

I never backedup/restored thru safestrap. Just not to goof up anything, reconfirming... in safestrap, select backup and backup only data and then after flashing 7.3 (before first boot), restore the data ?

Or do i have to backup/restore apps as well

i actually recommend backing up everything, that way you have something to fall back on if something goes wrong.

so, do a full backup in safestrap... then, do a full wipe as stated in the OP (cache, dalvik, system, data) x3 times... then flash the ROM, then restore ONLY the DATA from your backup. (it will give you the option to restore only certain things (just put a check mark in the box next to data)).

I am trying to install 7.3 and I have downloaded it and tried to install aryamod 7.3 for my n900a, however I get an error and it fails. I get an error flashing zip! I utilized the link you posted. Also, 7.2 worked perfectly, however 7.3 won't install, I been trying for hours. Someone please help!!!

I am pleased to announce @kmokhtar79 has allowed me to share the non-aroma version of his incredible rom for our bootloader-locked note 3.

Xposed - Click this link and download the xposed-v65-sdk21-arm-arter97-V5-krait.zip version
Now click this link for XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk
Flash the v5-krait.zip in recovery and just install the XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk like a normal application
The dev has requested that all xposed talk remain out of his thread and it isn't to be discussed. This is because the rom uses heavy on the fly themeing options that might not be compatible.
I personally do use xposed on this rom, just not theme modules. Works great with modules such as Greenify, Powernap, Amplify, etc.


Installation
1. Download ROM and/or extra mods to sd card

2. (If already on Lollipop, flash NC2 kernel via NC2 Flashed by benwaffle or using Odin) (If on KitKat, then reboot to safestrap recovery)

3. Advance wipe everything except Micro SD card x 3 times

4. Flash ROM

5a. Flash Wifi Fix
5b. Flash modem (ONLY needed if you are coming from KitKat/NC2))

6. Flash any other mods if you downloaded them

7. Flash OC1 Lollipop kernel

8. Reboot system

it says fail to extract zip and all.. I finally got my phone up and running again. I don't want to try and mess it up again. But the file will not install or extract!

Does it start to install the rom and then it fails somewhere in the middle?
If that is the case, I just found the error and I am reuploading the fixed one right now.

It seems to start, however the status bar doesn't truly move and than it says fail.

yeah that's normal... the status bar means nothing... it's just a marker put in the updater-script to show how far along the install is... but it doesn't start to show up until all the system files have been extracted (for this particular rom). I found the error and fixed it. i'm uploading the rom to mega now.
..with my terrible internet speeds though, it might not be up until tomorrow morning though.

i edited the OP and took the old link out in the meantime.
